A family of police officers is trying to fight corruption in Washington Heights, when four police officers are killed while ambushing a drug dealer's apartment. When Ray is charged with investigating his brother's work area, he finds many hints of corruption, and his brother appears to be involved. Ray's father promises to take care of it.
