The series depicts the lives of street vendors in Alexandria through Asfour, his fiancée, and his sister Warda, and the temptations they face from influential people and smuggling gangs. However, Asfour adheres to his principles and morals until the end, and the events end happily as Asfour marries his fiancée on the Alexandria Corniche among their families and the people of their neighborhood.
