Despite social and financial divides, Sami and Atef are friends during their medical school studies. Sami, an orphan, is raised by his older brother and his wife while Atef's parents divorce and his mother remarries. After their colleague Dohy marries Sami instead of Atef, their friendship turns into enmity.
