In Milan, a Palestinian poet and an Italian journalist meet five Palestinians and Syrians refugees who are trying to relocate to Stockholm. The poet and journalist decide to help them by stowing them aboard a ship, under the masquerade of a fictitious wedding, in the hope of fooling the authorities.
