After being banished to live with his uncle in Tonga, 14-year-old Jonah travels with his father back to Sydney for a fresh start, only to find his way back into trouble with a new gang at school.

After Jonah and the Fobba-liscious boys make a video bullying younger kids, they are sent to meet with youth worker Kool Kris. But when Jonah's brother is bullied, Jonah decides to teach the kids of Year 7 a lesson.

After getting grounded by Rocky, Jonah and the Fobba-liscious boys escape and go bowling. The boys take part in the 'Feel Da Beat' song competition.

Things spiral out of control when the boys attempt to steal the alley's golden bowling ball by threatening the receptionist with a machete.

After he's taken to a youth detention center, Jonah tries to adjust to his new surroundings, while his family and friends deal with the aftermath.

After he's released from detention, Jonah reunites with the Fobba-liscious, and they perform their anti-bullying song at a talent competition.
