Fatema lives with her seven children and she and the children are mistakenly poisoned. 30 years pass and she wakes up and it seems that she has lost her recollection of the past. Nouria informs her that she has shunned her children. Fatema learns that her son Farouk is cheating on his wife.

Fatema recalls her second marriage and how her husband separated her from her children. With the passage of time, Fahd marries Ghala after Hala's death, but Ghala is in love with Fawzy, Fahd's brother. Fawzy becomes a doctor while Fotouh is divorced. Faisal becomes a famous football player.

When Faisal becomes paralyzed, the family is reunited as they meet at the hospital, but they refuse to interact with their mother and they totally shun her. Faisal tries to commit suicide.

As she's looking after her paralyzed son, Fatema simultaneously tries to get closer to her children. Fotouh warns her brother that his wife suspects him. Fawzia, being on narcotics, is deluded into committing suicide.

Fawzia's ex-husband attacks her and insists on taking their daughter away. Fatma advises her daughter-in-law to leave her husband until he realizes her self-worth. Farouk quarrels with his second wife, and at Fotouh's instigation, he wants to take Fawzia's daughter to her father.

Fatma manages to miraculously save Fotouh's son from certain death, and she reproaches her for being a negligent mother. Fawzia promises to abstain from taking narcotics. Fawzi proposes to Nouria's daughter. Farouk deceives his wife Tiba who eventually travels without him.

Tiba travels without Fares who has been ceaselessly apologizing to his second wife after she tried to commit suicide. Fawzi and Nouf are getting closer. Fayza visits her ex-lover Hamd at the hospital, and his wife sees her.

A man threatens Ghala with a video of her running over someone. Hamd divorces his wife and both Fayza and her mother get upset about it. Fawzia recalls how her mother-in-law besmirched her reputation which led to her divorce.

Tiba leaves home and informs Fatema that her husband is at the office, but Fatema doesn't find him there, so she suspects that he is hiding something. Fotouh tries to persuade her siblings to file a financial restraint lawsuit against their mother.

Fatema rebukes Fahd for not taking care of his brother Faisal over his plight. Tiba falls unconscious and her neighbor Ghada takes her to the hospital.

Nouf has a mental breakdown after Fawzi rejects her. Farouk isn't jumping with joy at learning about his second wife's pregnancy. Fahd informs his mother that his siblings are considering filing a lawsuit against her.

Fatema learns that it's her daughter Fotouh who was inside Nouf's car. Ghala and Fawzy are arrested on charges of being in a suspicious place. Fotouh tries to plot against her mother to have her arrested for child-kidnapping.

Fawzia's daughter tries to commit suicide in a desperate attempt to bring her parents back together. Fahd divorces Ghala. Fayza accompanies her mother to the doctor in the hope of finding a treatment.

Fotouh starts to get her siblings' signatures for the lawsuit, and she goes so far as to threaten her brother into signing or she will expose his wrongdoings. She also hires a man to falsely claim that Fatema is threatening Ghala. Farouk, meanwhile, refuses to divorce Ghada.

Fawzia tells Nasser that Fatema plotted to have them divorced. Ghada aborts the baby and insists on having a divorce. Likewise, Ghala has an abortion and she is transferred to the hospital. Fawzi accepts to marry Nouf.

Fawzia's daughter informs her mother that she saw Fotouh replacing Fatema's medications to accuse her of insanity and forgetfulness. Haya's husband assaults her for trying to run away from home.

Fatema's children win the case and Fotouh receives her mother's money. The children move to their mother's villa and seize it.

Fotouh reveals to Fayza Fahd's manipulation and his agreement with Hamd. Tiba learns that Fahd is married to Ghada. Fatema learns that Fotouh has been paying the maid to spy on her.

Nouria tells Fatema that Fotouh refused to give her the money for her daughter's marriage. Fawzia learns that her ex-husband will have another wife. Farouk refuses to divorce Tiba and he leaves Ghada instead.

Fatema learns that Fayza married Hamd in secret and now she's pregnant with his baby. Ghala interferes to ruin Nouf's wedding, but her intentions are thwarted as Fatma discovers her plot and frustrates it.

Faisal learns that Musaab has heart disease. Fatema decides to do unto Fotouh as Fotouh has done upon her. Farouk divorces Ghada after Tiba works a ploy to claim that Ghada is seeing another man.

Fotouh learns that her mother deposited all her money in Swiss banks before her children enacted their foul plot. The siblings are acquainted with their sister's false claims about Fatema. Fahd tells Ghala that he knew she loved Fawzy, but he was so jealous he wanted to have her for himself.

The day after her wedding day, Nouf is transferred to the hospital after she learns about Fawzy and Ghala. Faisal learns that his ex-wife married another. Tiba eventually sets a trap for Farouk and Ghada that will entangle them forever.

Fotouh stirs discord between Nouria and Fatema, and she forces Nouria to sign a pledge not to approach her mother again. Ghala tries to commit suicide after Fawzi tells her to forget him. Fayza wants Hamd to divorce her so that she starts a new romance with Shehab.

Fatema agrees with her grandchildren to bring her their parents' IDs to claim that she got back her memory and hence she can actually throw out her children from the villa.

Faisal fails to get full custody of his son. Fatema resumes her plans to take revenge on her children. Shehab intervenes to end the dispute between Fayza and Hamd after Fatema learns that Fayza married in secret.

Desperate with his life, Faisal commits suicide. Shehab incites Fayza to report on her husband for his violence, but they learn that she's pregnant. Fotouh learns from her son that the grandchildren have stolen their parent's IDs and gave them to Fatema.

Fawzia is enraged that Nasser is suspicious of her. Fahd calls the police to report that someone broke into his brother's apartment. Farouk divorces Tiba. Fire breaks out at Fatema's house.

Fahd and Fawzi have a tragic accident. Fatema's children drop the case against their mother except for Fotouh who gets her mother into a mental asylum. Fatema resumes her plans to take revenge on her children.

Fayza fails to abort, and Fawzia refuses to return to Nasser. After Fotouh's son dies, Fotouh has a mental breakdown, and her mother takes care of her. Fatema wins the case against her children and she decides to divide the inheritance between her children.
