The infamous pirate Henry manages to get the governorship of Jamaica, wanting to hunt down the pirates, but Billy's agreement with Roger, who provided him with information to overthrow the new governor, to restore Lord Denby, to his position. The former pirate Jamie intervenes to thwart Roger's plans and kidnaps the governor's daughter Margaret to pressure her father. Jimmy and Margaret fall in love, and Jimmy's direction swings between his previous loyalty and his love for Margaret.
