As Castiel becomes convinced that he's God and starts acting accordingly, he attempts to fix what he thinks is wrong with the world, whereupon Sam and Dean, along with Bobby, try to put an end to Castiel's actions, going as far as enlisting the help of Death.

In an attempt to get more humans to prey on, the Leviathans release themselves into the city's water supply. Meanwhile, Sam is plagued by hallucinations and strives to figure out whether the world he sees is real or imaginary.

As he learns that a mysterious serial killer has returned, Sam sets out to hunt this killer down, only to discover that it's Amy, a girl he used to have a crush on many years ago.

After a series of grisly murders take place, Sam and Dean set out to investigate and learn that Osiris, the ancient Egyptian god, is behind the murders as he tries people for their past sins, upon which Dean's life is put in jeopardy when Osiris decides to try him as well.

As a witch wreaks havoc on a small town, Sam and Dean set out to find her husband to ask him to help them stop her, but he tells that the reason for this terrible situation is that he cheated on her.

When two Leviathans assume the guise of the Winchester brothers and kill a bunch of people, Sam and Dean get in over their heads as the authorities launch a massive manhunt for them.

Dean and Sam decide to bury the hatchet in order to team up on an investigation into some murders that took place in Lily Dale, which is famous for being America's most psychic town, as they learn that the victims were mediums who were killed by a malicious spirit.

As Sam comes across a woman he used to know called Becky, he ends up marrying her. In the Meantime, Dean finds himself forced to cooperate with the eccentric hunter Garth as he ends up in inexplicable trouble.

In an attempt to catch a monster that has been terrorizing people in Hammonton, New Jersey, Sam and Dean team up with Bobby and set out to get to the bottom of this mystery, whereupon they learn that the locals believe it's the Jersey Devil.

As the comatose Bobby tries to evade death with the help of an old friend, he learns that he must revisit his most dreadful memory in order to wake up; meanwhile, he struggles to convey a message to Sam and Dean.

As Dean hasn't gotten over what befell Bobby, he asks Frank to help him find Dick Roman. Meanwhile, a teenager looks for her hunter father who has disappeared, so Sam decides to help her track him down.

Dean ends up in the year 1944 as he incurs the wrath of Chronos, the Greek Titan of Time, whereupon Sam attempts to save his brother and help him return to the present time.

A strange case, in which people are murdered and their hands and feet are found cut off and bearing a mysterious mark, forces the brothers to go to Seattle to investigate. Dean heads to a local bar to make inquiries, but as he hooks up with a woman he meets there, trouble ensues.

With eerie events taking place in Wichita, Kansas, that involve the killings of neglectful parents, Sam and Dean head there to try and get to the bottom of this mystery, uncovering shocking revelations in the process.

While trying to put an end to a series of gruesome murders that took place in a small town four years ago, Sam and Dean had to exorcise a killer demon, who returns suddenly seeking vengeance.

The brothers set out to investigate a case in which a ballerina dies in mysterious circumstances, only to uncover a terrible scheme devised by the Leviathans.

As Lucifer's mind games get the best of Sam, he finds himself locked up in a psychiatric hospital. Dean attempts to save his brother and sets out to locate a healer who may be able to help, only to discover that the healer is an amnesiac Castiel.

The Winchester brothers receive a call from Garth who asks them to assist him in a case that involves a mysterious, dangerous creature that no one can see except when they're under the influence of alcohol.

After Annie Hawkins, an old hunter pal of the Winchester brothers', calls them, enlisting their help, they head to her village but discover that she's gone missing, whereupon their search for her leads them to an old house, where a mighty ghost dwells.

As Dick Roman gets his hands on Frank's hard drive, in which confidential information about the Winchesters is stored, he gives it to Charlie, a hacker who works for him, tasking her with breaking the encryption, upon which Sam and Dean attempt to get the hard drive back.

After acquiring a clay tablet that contains the Word of God, the brothers can't read it, so they turn to Castiel, who has awoken. As Castiel fails to help them, Sam and Sean try to approach Kevin, a teenager who has become a prophet, as he turns out to be able to decipher the tablet.

In their attempt to vanquish the Leviathans once and for all, Sam and Dean have to collect some items, including the blood of Crowley and an Alpha, the quest for which puts the brothers in harm's way.

Dick makes a deal with Crowley to have him betray the Winchester brothers, who learn that there are other Leviathans assuming Dick's guise, whereupon Sam and Dean join forces with their friends and allies to meet Dick and the Leviathans in a final showdown.
