Mayar returns to the estate for his father's burial. He receives a letter from his father, and discovers that he was taking care of a girl, Yara, and left her a share of his money. Mayar goes to see her.

As Mayar recalls his memories with his sweetheart on the estate before her death, he's dazzled by Yara's beauty and admires her after getting to know each other. She expresses her gratitude to his father and he gets more attached to her after that.

After Yara reciprocates Mayar's feelings, he decides to stay in the estate and look after the properties instead of selling them, after which Mayar proposes to Yara.

Yara agrees to marry Mayar, and the wedding takes place. The daughter of Mayar's partner, Lyan, is saddened by his marriage because she has feelings for him. Mayar's obsession with Yara increases after the wedding.

Mayar is surprised by Yara's dislike of a dessert that Talal had previously sent to her. He hands her the key to his safe to put her jewelry away. After seeing something mysterious, Yara changes her seat in a restaurant with Mie'yar and his friend Selim.

Mystery surrounds Yara's family, and after Yara meets an unknown person, Zakaria sees him beating her. Fady tells Mayar that he is Yara's fiancée and that she evaded him.

Mayar refuses to tell Fady about Yara's whereabouts and accuses him of wanting money. After Mayar returns home, he is surprised by Yara's disappearance. He gets angry when he sees that she left her wedding ring and robbed the safe.

As the news of Yara's escape spreads, Mayar is devastated and depressed. When Lyan tries to stop him from drinking, he quarrels with her.

The police find a finger and a wedding ring bearing the name Yara and Fady. Zakaria reveals to Mayar what the man he saw with Yara looked like. Mayar discovers that Fady's fiancé is not Yara but another woman.

Mayar discovers that his wife has stolen the identity of Yara. Her real name is Misa, and her partner is Gaber, and he decides to take revenge. Gaber exploits the young Mervat to sell Misa's jewelry and leaves her the diamond ring. The police find the body of a girl.

Mayar falsifies his travel abroad and begins his journey to search for Misa. The police inform Fady of Yara's death. Mayar meets the fortune teller, Umm Jameel, who tells him about a body tattoo that Misa has.

After Mayar finds the tattoo artist, he meets Fo'ad, whom Misa defrauded with Gaber. The police try to follow Mayar.

Fo'ad tells Mayar about how Misa conned him with Gaber and how he fell in love with her.

After arriving at the apartment where Gaber was living, Mayar becomes sure that Misa was staying with him, and he goes to the jeweler who bought Misa's jewelry. Detective Nizar tells Mayar about his search for Misa.

Nizar reveals that Yara was killed on the same day Misa got married to Mayar. Mayar finds out that Misa is staying with her rich fiancé Aouny in the hotel he's staying in. Gaber discovers that Mayar is following him.

Mayar confronts Misa and she denies her connection to Yara's murder or that she gives the money to Gaber after the thefts. She tells him that she fell in love with him after their marriage, and reveals that Yara traveled during her first meeting with him.

Misa confesses to Mayar that she had to escape with Gaber because he was going to expose her and that he killed Yara. Misa and Mayar reconcile and decide to run away, but Nizar arrives and arrests Mervat and Gaber after finding them in a compromising position.

The detective suspects that Misa is with Mayar, and his men follow him. Mayar goes to a counterfeiter to forge a passport for Misa. Misa gets sick and Mayar takes care of her.

Gaber discovers that Misa fled with Mayar. Nizar confirms that Misa is with Mayar and when he tries to catch her, Mayar kills him.

Mayar buries Nizar and escapes with Misa as he grows repentant. The investigator Husam is assigned to look into Nizar's disappearance. Gaber is released.

After Mayar rents a villa with Misa, he arranges with a man to help them escape but he asks for a large sum of money. Misa disappears from the villa with Gaber.

Husam questions Mayar, who refuses to tell him anything. Gaber asks Mervat to help him after he got entangled with a dangerous person. Misa hides at a friend's house.

Husam explains to Mayar that Misa lied to him again and exposes her falsehood. Gaber and Misa start a new con job on Asaad despite her objections.

Mayar is released for lack of evidence. As Asaad falls for Misa, he decides to leave his family and marry her. His wife comes and fights with him.

After Gaber intervenes to save Misa, Asaad finds out the truth. Gaber's plan fails and he blames Misa. Mayar returns to search for Misa and gets Gaber's number.

Gaber decides to hide Misa from sight by traveling to Tunisia. Mayar fails to catch her, so he returns to communicate with Mervat in order to reach Gaber.

Husam finds Nizar's body. Mayar arrives at Gaber's place to tell him where Misa is, but he bargains with him for money.

The police follow Mayar, and question Umm Jameel. Mayar sells his share to his partner Khalil. Khalil and Selim discover Mayar's crime.

Gaber agrees with Mayar to divorce Misa after receiving the money from him. Mayar arrives at Misa's house and holds their wedding, and he keeps her passport. After the delay of the money transfer, Gaber comes after them.

Gaber asks Misa to poison Mayar so that she could get to inherit him. Despite his knowledge of the plan, Mayar takes the poison and Misa discovers that she loves him. During his transfer to the hospital, Misa kills Gaber and is sentenced to death. Mayar survives.
