When Gehad is released from the hospital, Dr. Mamoun asks her to return to continue her therapy. Her psychological condition deteriorates when she learns of her sister's pregnancy. She fires one of her workers for bringing her son to work and tries to harm Mamoun's son.

Gehad notices that Mamoun is having financial trouble due to a lack of patients. Khaled is called in to join the army.

When Gehad grows attached to a child she sees in Mamoun's clinic, Rana is surprised since Gehad has hated children since her own son's death. Gehad is furious that Shaker hasn't finished the task she assigned him.

Gehad offers Yousef's father a job. As Khaled prepares to join the army, his father tells him that he must show mercy to any prisoners he takes and that he must keep his dignity if he is the one captured.

Gehad fires a worker to give his job to Sobhy. Nagwa gets injured in a bombing and loses her baby. Gehad grows to admire an injured man that she met at the hospital.

Rana learns of Nagwa's miscarriage. Saher begs Gehad to have his job back and tells her about the troubles he is facing because of the war.

Gehad doesn't know where her husband Hossam went. Sobhy's wife is worried about Gehad's behavior towards Yousef. Sobhy tells his wife that they need to put Yousef in a care home because he is not their son.

Omran tells Nagwa's husband that he used to work for Nagwa. When Gehad informs Brigadier General Hassan of Hossam's absence, she learns that Hossam was going to marry another woman.

When Salam goes to Gehad's office to ask about Hossam, Gehad kicks her out. Gehad gives Sobhy a car and money to speed up Yousef's adoption procedures.

Gehad meets the police chief and asks him to find Hossam. Selim punishes Yousef's teacher for telling him that his mother Gehad has died. Hossam's kidnapper asks for a ransom.

Samer asks Maya for Khaled's number. Omran helps Gehad find Hossam. Ibtisam asks Gehad to provide a proper home for Yousef before she adopts him.

Gehad informs Omran that she won't pay the ransom because Hossam cheated on her. Samer orders Khaled to be transferred to the front lines. Gehad asks the maid to clean up Yousef's room.

The head of the maintenance department fights with Sobhy. Sobhy tells Gehad that Radwan is claiming that she and Sobhy are having an affair.

As Gehad meets with Omran to ask him to look for her missing son, Sobhy and Radwan have a fight. The police are called in and Sobhy vows revenge on Radwan.

Gehad asks Radwan to stay home and pays his salary as she alleges that she fired him to placate Sobhy. Yamen's father helps Khaled's mother when she passes out. Maya falls for a waiter at a coffee shop.

Gehad asks Hossam's kidnapper for proof of life. When Omran expresses surprise that she told the kidnapper that she doesn't care about Hossam's fate, she tells him that he is having an affair.

Hossam talks to Gehad on the phone. As the cops find Hossam, Gehad invites Omran over and they sleep together.

Nagwa suspects that Gehad and Omran are having an affair. Selim tries to placate Yousef who keeps asking for Gehad and Hossam.

Hossam vows revenge on Gehad and decides to marry Salam. Selim threatens Jessie to get her to convince Yousef that she is his mother. Jessie pretends to obey as she plots to bring Selim down.

Gehad tells Omran that Hossam took advantage of Salam when she asked for his help. Gehad fights with Salam. Omran saves Gehad from Hossam.

Shadi confesses his feelings for Maya who tells him that she knows that he is a scoundrel. Nagwa and her husband prepare to move into a new house. Jessie puts Yousef's photo on Facebook and says that he was kidnapped two years ago after a terrorist attack.

Yousef is upset that Gehad is neglecting him. He calls Sobhy who confronts Gehad. When Gehad threatens to throw Sobhy in jail, Ibtisam decides to take Yousef to her house.

Sobhy divorces Ibtisam. Radwan borrows money from Gehad to bury his brother who died of hunger. Gehad tells her maid to hide Yousef.

Nagwa asks May to warn Gehad about Yousef. Gehad fires Sobhy who vows revenge. Hossam sets a date for his wedding to Salam. Ibtisam attacks Gehad after Yousef's disappearance.

Khaled gets injured in war. Ibtisam takes advantage of Gehad's absence and takes Yousef.

Gehad loses it after Ibtisam takes Yousef. She is shocked to find a police force demanding that she gives the factory to Hossam based on a selling procuration that she gave Hossam.

Nagwa tries to take Gehad to live with her. Hossam fires Mamoun from the factory. Hossam marries Salam and writes the sewing factory over to her. Selim looks for Jessie.

Maya marries Osama in secret. Hossam dies in an accident. Yamen marries Nesrine. Gehad threatens Osama when she learns that Maya is pregnant. Selim sends his men after Jessie.

Omran informs Gehad that he bought the factory from Salam for her. Maya is devastated when her mother dies. Maya sees the Facebook post about Yousef. Khaled and Samer are transferred to a new location to fight Daesh.

When Samer dies, Khaled avenges him. Maya tells her father about her marriage to Osama. Nagwa contacts Jessie. Omran and Gehad search for Selim. Yousef returns to Gehad. Khaled dies.
