Bassiouni is a fruits and vegetables merchant, who has the idea of becoming a member of Parliament, as he aspires to help the poor and needy. The People’s Assembly is dissolved, and Bassiouni sees it as an opportunity to run for elections. However, he discovers that his main competitor is Ali, his nephew, and the competition flares up between them.
