Ezzat searches for his old love, Hala, in Alexandria, and asks her old neighbor, uncle Madbouly, about her. Selim gets shot at, and the doctor reassures his wife, Amina, that it's a flesh wound. Amina insists on returning to Cairo after Selim's recovery.

Selim tells his boss that his suspicions have shifted from Fawzy to Maged. Yamena tells her daughter-in-law that she's sending her Tharya to help her in the house. Selim asks Mohsen to secretly investigate Maged and tell him all the details.

Mohsen blames his friend Khaled after his sister causes Berihan to stay away from him. Mohsen tells Selim that Berihan's father is involved in the case he is responsible for. Hazem and Selim get into a fight, and Hazem takes a video of him during the fight.

Maged goes to the Public Prosecutor to inform him of Selim's video that was filmed by Hazem, and Selim explains that it's fabricated and not what it appears to be. Mohsen talks to Berihan about her father's issue.

Yamena wants to have another wedding ceremony for her son in their hometown in Upper Egypt to celebrate among his family. Amina agrees, and her father and uncle attend the second wedding.

Selim celebrates his wedding among his people, Amina faints and the doctor explains that she's pregnant. Amina returns back to Cairo with Selim.

Ezzat and his neighbor grow closer. Amira hosts Omar Al-Qady on her show and he talks about his problem with Selim and his big case. Noha tells her mother that Khaled wants to propose to her, and she rejoices. Amina agrees with Selim to not know the sex of the baby.

Noha meets Khaled's sister, Malak, and his son. Mohsen goes out with Berihan. Amina goes with Noha to secretly find out the sex of the baby.

Amina becomes upset when she learns that the baby is a girl, and Selim calms her down. Khaled quarrels with Amira when he finds out that his ex-wife's husband treats his son badly. Amina goes to her father in Alexandria, and finds his neighbor at his apartment.

Selim interrogates the former Minister of Housing in relation to the big case, and orders the interrogation of Omar Al-Qady. Ezzat explains to his daughter Amina that the woman she saw with him is not his old sweetheart, Hala. Selim lies to his mother and tells her that the baby is a boy.

Selim investigates Omar Al-Qady in the presence of his lawyer, Khaled. Amina gives birth to a girl, and Yamena freaks out.

Amina names the girl Yamena to make Selim happy. Amina tells Selim that she's pregnant again, but he tells her that the pregnancy is dangerous for her health.

Selim asks his mother to tell Amina that she doesn't care if she gives birth to a boy or a girl, and she asks him not to marry again from Upper Egypt. Mohsen asks Berihan to marry him.

Amina gives birth to her second child, Najwa, and Yamena refuses to offer her congratulations to Amina. Selim stands face-to-face with Khaled in court in the case of Omar Al-Qady. Selim refuses to take another wife.

Yamena chooses Lobna to be her son's wife, and talks to her. Yamena quarrels with Selim again for refusing to get married.

Yamena falls sick, and Selim tells her he will do what she wants, even if it's against his wish. Selim informs the Public Prosecutor about Maged and his cooperation with Omar Al-Qady.

Selim marries Lobna. The Prosecutor investigates Maged after learning that he purchased land from Omar Al-Qady. Amina accidentally tells Noha about Amira's betrayal of Khaled.

Noha decides to call off the wedding. Ezzat tells Laila that he loves her, and she rejoices. Amira tells her friend that she still loves the father of her son, Khaled. Amina and Selim console Khaled after his wedding is cancelled.

Tarek quarrels with his wife, Amira, and threatens her with divorce. Mohsen and Berihan start arguing. Selim refuses to get close to Lobna. Ezzat goes to see his old sweetheart, Hala, after she returns to her apartment in Alexandria.

Ezzat and Hala are reunited after many years and he tells her about his life. Amina tries to reconcile Khaled and Noha. Ezzat asks Amina to meet the love of his life, Hala. Selim gets closer to Lobna.

Mohsen quarrels with Berihan after she plans to drive him away. Amina finds out that Selim is married to Hala's daughter, Lobna, and she freaks out.

Amina decides not to tell Selim that she knows of his marriage. Malak asks Noha to go with her to the psychiatrist for treatment.

Amina asks Khaled to file a divorce case against Selim on the pretext that she wants a son, but Selim can only give her daughters.

Selim freaks out when he finds out about the divorce case, and he quarrels with Khaled for taking the case.

Selim tries to reconcile with Amina, but she tells him she will take revenge on him. Selim decides to resign from the prosecutor's office.

Amina misses Selim, and he tells her that he's still responsible for her and their children.

Lobna is pregnant and Yamena rejoices. Yamena tells Amina the news, and she freaks out. Mohsen tries to attack Berihan, and she collapses.

Amira asks Amina to be a guest on her show to talk about her case with Selim. Hazem gives Khaled important documents in Omar Al-Qady's case. Amira appears on the show, and she slanders Selim and says he only has girls and she wants a boy.

Selim slaps Amina, and he tells her it's over between them. Mohsen is injured in a terrorist attack, and Berihan decides to walk away after she sees him with his wife. Khaled presents incriminating evidence to the court against his client Omar Al-Qady.

Lobna tells Yamena that she's pregnant with a boy. Selim divorces Lobna. Selim stands before the court and tells them that Lobna is pregnant with his boy. Amina regrets what she did to Selim and asks him to get back together, but he tells her he loves her deeply, then divorces her.
