Salma is a flight attendant who is the main provider for her ungrateful family. Tarek asks his father to sell their stationery shop, but he refuses. Salma refuses to bind herself to the playboy Youssef. Yassin hijacks the plane.

Yassin threatens to blow up the plane if his demands are not met. He tries to get the pilot to land in Turkey, but the latter refuses his demands and lands in Cairo. As Manar and Sherif suspect that Salma is complicit with her brother, the latter ends up drugging Yassin and resolving the situation.

As the police interrogate Salma and her family, Fou'ad laments his poverty that drove his son to carry out terrorist acts. Hany is distressed over his fiancée Manar's negligence. Sherif proposes to Laila, who used to be engaged to Yassin.

Omar informs Salma that Yassin is the puppet of a terrorist organization. Salma's colleagues and aunt try to help her raise enough money to hire a lawyer for her brother. Salma learns that the woman Yassin hit has died.

Salah offers to help Salma. Khaled is devastated when he loses out on a diplomatic job due to having a terrorist for brother. Tamer harasses his cousin Abdel Rahman due to the latter's poverty. Manar is distressed after Nawaf comes onto her.

Salma survives an assassination attempt. Fou'ad refuses to sell his father's stationery shop despite a tempting offer. Farouk lies to his sister, Malak, to get her to sell her shop. Rufida refuses to get engaged to Abdel Rahman. Salma kicks her uncle and cousin out after they mistreat her father.

Tarek is furious with his father for refusing to sell the stationery shop. Al-Touny prohibits Seham from going to work ever again. Tamer beats his cousin Abdel Rahman. Laila confesses her love for Sherif. Salma's siblings ask her not to testify against Yassin.

As Salma testifies against Yassin, the lawyer grows furious with her as Yassin asks her to change her testimony. Suzy offers Youssef money to stay away from her daughter, Perry. Farouk and Zain ask the lawyer to use the checks Salma wrote him to force her to do his bidding.

The terrorist organization breaks Yassin out. Hassan tries to help Seham with the problems she's going through. Tarek decides to leave the house and work for his uncle Farouk. Fou'ad asks Farouk to stay away from his children.

Nawaf tries to blackmail Manar into having an affair with him. Laila asks Sherif to marry her. Salma tries to convince Khaled to get back together with Dalia. Salah takes Salma to Perry's wedding, which upsets the bride. Al-Touny beats Hassan up when he tries to threaten him.

Mourad fires Salma. Salma learns that her brother Tarek is the one who told Zain about the checks. Abdel Rahman loses his scholarship after beating Tamer. Laila refuses to let Sherif meet her estranged father. Despite their conflict, Abdel Rahman is quick to offer Tamer his help when he needs it.

With Salma facing jail time for the checks, Fou'ad decides to sell the stationery shop. Mourad insists on marrying Salma to rehire her. Tamer decides to help Abdel Rahman get reenrolled in college. Hassan vows revenge on Al-Touny.

Yassin confesses his lingering feelings to Laila, but she kicks him out. Nawaf blackmails Manar with a video of the two of them. Hassan asks to meet Seham's father to ask for Seham's hand. When Salma's checks are paid off, Farouk and Zain grow wroth.

Yassin assaults Salma after she tells Omar that Yassin is still in Egypt. Zain asks Tarek to burn his father's stationery shop down. When Mourad refuses to promote Youssef, the latter decides to slack on the job. Manar tries to prevent Hany from working with Nawaf.

When Fou'ad learns that Tarek is the one who set the stationery shop on fire, Salma tells Tarek to leave. Perry is shocked to know that her husband is cheating on her. Khaled blows Rasha off when she tries to get close to him. Manar tells Hany to choose between her and his new job.

Sherif is upset that Laila canceled their wedding. Salah wants to expedite his wedding with Salma. Rasha refuses to get engaged to Tarek. When Perry fires Youssef for cheating on her, the latter vows revenge. It's revealed that Malak's children have returned to sell the shop.

Salah and Salma travel to Paris. Rasha tries to get Khaled to reconsider his wish to leave the county. Hany grows ill-at-ease in his new job with Nawaf. Youssef is distressed when a new pilot is hired to replace him. Al-Touny tries to kill Fou'ad in a car accident.

Laila refuses to go back to Youssef. Salma suspects that her uncle is behind her father's accident. Mourad tells Youssef that he saw through him from the very start. Seham refuses to allow Al-Touny to consummate their marriage. Malak writes her property over to her children.

Salma finds out that Salah is an addict. Mo'men tries to get close to Perry. Al-Touny prohibits Seham from talking to Hassan. Fou'ad learns that he unknowingly signed a waiver for the stationery shop.

Perry decides to sue for abdicative divorce (khula). It's revealed that Zain is working with Nawaf. Nawaf asks Zain to stay away from Fou'ad. Yassin's comrades try to kill him, but he manages to escape. Laila decides to inform Suzy of her past relationship with Sherif.

Hany leaves Manar after revealing that he knows about her relationship with Nawaf. Khaled drowned while trying to emigrate illegally. Salah starts mistreating Salma. Mo'men proposes to Perry. Suzy asks Mourad to fire Laila. Farouk learns that Zain is dealing in antiquities.

Yassin warns Salma about Salah. Lana resents her mother's favoritism of her brother Hesham. Suzy's love confession to Youssef gets taped. Salah talks to Youssef about his involvement in money laundering. Hany confronts Nawaf about his relationship with Manar.

Yassin informs Omar that Salah is a mobster and asks him to protect Salma. Seham learns that Al-Touny ran Fou'ad over on Zain's orders. Khaled is revealed to be alive. Rufida confesses her feelings for Abdel Rahman. Salma learns that Nawaf is working with Salah.

Salah asks Nawaf to delete all the videos he has of Manar. Mourad asks Youssef to divorce Perry. Salah gets Salma to cooperate with the terrorist organization by claiming that they kidnapped him. Fou'ad and Farouk reconcile. Salma discovers that Salah lied to implicate her in illegal acts.

Salma enlists Omar's help to take revenge on Salah for facilitating Khaled's illegal immigration, Al-Touny turns Zain in after Seham records the former's confession and gets him imprisoned. Zain asks Nawaf to help him escape.

When Zain is arrested, Farouk gets Fou'ad to drop the charges. Mo'men postpones his wedding to Perry. Laila celebrates her marriage. Hassan stands by Seham and asks her to leave Al-Touny. Mourad decides to sell the company to pay off his debts. Maya tries to ruin Sherif's life.

Salma asks to work with Salah. Hany double-crosses Nawaf and flees with a large sum of money. Salma and Yassin plot to get rid of Salah. As Yassin steals Salah's money, Salma uses the money as a bargaining chip to get Salah to divorce her.

When Salah kills Yassin, Salma vows revenge. Salma decides to buy Mourad's company and use it as a cover to smuggle money abroad. Laila gives Sherif money to pay off the penalty clause. Khaled decides to wed Rasha. Nawaf kidnaps Abdel Rahman to threaten Salma.

Fou'ad breaks down when he learns the truth about Salma's work. As Hany loses all his money in a scam, he returns to beg for Manar's forgiveness. Seham refuses to wed Hassan due to his work with Salma. Al-Touny decides to turn his life around. Khaled and Rasha get engaged.

Zain gets arrested. Omar decides to turn Salma in, but she vanishes. Salma reports the leaders of the terrorist organization to the police. Yassin's wife, Julia, moves in with Fou'ad along with her son. Salma refuses to kill Salah.
