When Madam Maryam goes to the old man's house, the guard tries to catch her, but the old man scolds him. Maryam's father decides to marry her off and tells her that he'll invite a suitor who has asked to marry her to dinner so she can meet him, asking her to think before she says her opinion.

Maryam's father receives the suitor's family with a great banquet. Maryam agrees to the engagement after she spoke with the young man. The old man's son congratulates her and is sad because he loves her. Maryam slips out of the house in disguise, takes her horse, and goes to an unknown destination.

Maryam goes out in disguise and listens to the people saying that she married a bad man. As she decides to make sure of that, she disguises herself as a man and takes Yahya with her to the café where her fiancé sits, and after she sees him drinking wine, she tells Nawara that she won't marry him.

Maryam's father sends someone to spy on the suitor after what his daughter told him, but he finds he's a generous man. Maryam's mother gives her daughter a necklace of her late mother's, but Maryam insists that she won't marry him and escapes on the wedding day, and her mother suffers a heart attack.

After Maryam’s mother dies, her father gets sick and kicks her out of the house, so she marries Yahya and gives birth to a girl, and because Yahya is a poor man, she lives with him in a hut far from the tribe. Messian's son kills his father with poison and inherits all his wealth.

Maryam stays at the house of Messian's son, who treats her as a maid, and she lives a miserable life far from her only daughter. As her daughter grows up, she looks for her until she reaches her home. Messian's son falls ill and asks Maryam for forgiveness.

Maryam's daughter disguises herself as a man and goes to Rahal's house as if she were a guest who had fallen off the horse, and Rahal's daughters admire the young man. The girl searches for her mother everywhere in vain and her friend helps her in this.

Maryam's daughter returns to her home, meets her father, and asks him that she work in trade, while Ayyad, her cousin, loves her and wants to marry her. Ezzahi, Maryam's brother, goes out to search for her, and on the road, he meets Ayyad by chance.

As Yahya tells Qala how he was young and lonely and that he feels sad that his father is not by his side, he helps her in looking for her mother because he feels what she feels. Rahal gathers his daughters and tells them about his father and Maryam and what happened to her.

Ayyad cries as he tells Qala about his childhood, and she consoles him and tells him that she misses her mother. Qala learns that Rahal is her mother's brother who inherited everything from his father. Also, she tells her father about Umm Hany (Hany's mother), who tortured her when she was a child.

Ayyad and Ezzahi go with some men and rob the store of one of the merchants in the other tribe. Yahya tells his daughter that her mother has died, but she refuses to believe him unless she finds her grave.

Qala meets Ezzahi on the road while she is in disguise, and he tries to hit her but changes his mind, while she likes that he robbed her stepfather. As she tells her father everything that happened, he tells her not to have contact with him.

Ayyad goes again with Ezzahi on another mission. Qala disguises herself as a poor young man and goes to Rahal's house, where she finds Haniyeh, who complains to her father about her, while Rahal is sad about the young man's condition.

Ayyad quarrels with Ezzahi, leaves him, and returns home, and his mother admonishes him for dealing with Ezzahi, so he tells her that he is looking for his father. Ayyad goes to his uncle and tries to get information about his father to find him.

The henna on Ezzahi's hands angers him, and he tries in every way possible to wipe it off, but its traces remain. The jurist pardons Qala, who's disguised in front of Rahal. As Haniyeh wants to get her daughters married in any way, she tries to talk Zaidoun round.

The house of one of the women in the tribe is set on fire, and she and her daughters scream and cry, after which they go to the jurist to find out who did it. Qala enters the guest house after she told the jurist that she is a young man who knows nobody in the tribe.

Maryam tells Rahal and his daughters several stories that happened in the tribe. While he listens to what she says, Jilani offers them tea and keeps looking at her because he feels that he knows her. With Jilani's help, Ayyad escapes from Ezzahi.

Ayyad and Yahya look for Qala in Rahal's house, and as the jurist allows them to enter and they see Qala, the latter admits that she is not a young man, but a girl who seeks to earn her livelihood. Rahal grieves as he sees Qala and her father in hardship and remembers his childhood.

Rahal recounts how he was born with a twin brother but was separated from his mother after he was taken by Maryam's father who raised him and became like his real father, but he wished to live with his real mother, father, and brother.

Rahal remembers his family and grieves a lot. Zubaydah does not want her two daughters to get married, but their father insists in light of their age. The jurist allows Qala, her father, and Ayyad to go on their way, and Yahya admires the goodness of Rahal.

Rahal talks about his mother’s marriage to a man she does not love, how she gave birth to twins, and that his grandfather gave him to Maryam’s father to raise him because his wife hadn't given birth to males, and he thanks God that the man treated him well and left him his place in the tribe.

As Haniyeh and Ayyad's mother come to the jurist while they are at odds, they find Ayyad and his uncle there. Qala accuses Haniyeh of setting her house on fire. As Said tells Ezzahi that he is his brother, Ezzahi is taken aback because his mother was an old woman.

Rahal wants to find his twin brother and remembers several events that may help him; meanwhile, Qala is almost certain that Ezzahi is his brother as he looks like him, and her father agrees with her.

Qala tells Rahal about Ezzahi, and he looks for him, but Ezzahi is still busy with his thefts. Rahal's daughters try to find out the identity of the guest because he knows everything about them and the tribe.

Rahal recounts how Maryam's father allowed a caravan in the tribe's market to pass his way while he was with his partners in the market, but suddenly, thieves entered the market in disguise and robbed the caravan. Qala makes sure that Ezzahi is Rahal's brother.

Qala discovers from what Rahal said about the day he was taken as an infant is that it was a member of his family who did so, and Rahal grieves. Ezzahi is afraid that everyone will know that he robbed the storehouses.

As per his agreement with Qala, Ayyad disguises himself and works with Ezzahi, whom he tells that he'd like to be with him in all of his duties. Qala is still in the mukhtar's palace, telling him and his daughters some true stories that happened in the past, and the girls admire her.

Qala agrees with Rahal that they go to the market, and they learn where Ezzahi is as he sells what he steals there, especially since she is almost sure that he is his brother. Ayyad goes with one of the gang members to the mukhtar's palace to tell him about Ezzahi's hideout, but he doesn't find him.

Rahal comes out dressed as a warrior, and Qala and her father go with him. He confronts the caravan that entered the tribe days ago and quarrels with its men but finds that there is a misunderstanding when he meets a chivalrous knight, who receives and feeds them.

The knight provides Rahal and everyone with him with food and a place to sleep. Also, he helps them on the way back to the tribe. Meanwhile, Qala sees a woman who looks a lot like her mother and looks at her, and Maryam immediately realizes that she is her daughter.
