Three young women have had superpowers since they were young: Aya Gamal, a broadcaster in astronomy and horoscopes, can see the future; Yasmine Ahmed, a librarian, has the ability to move objects from a distance; Ghada, a swindler, can read minds.
In a flashback into 1985, Hendya gives birth to four girls, but her brother Qarni wants to raise them to work as prostitutes. She leaves them at an orphanage and each girl uses her superpower in her own way.
Yasmine's father tries to convince her to lose weight because of her bad eating habits. Aya's mother wants her to get married, and Aya sabotages her attempts to find her a groom. Ghada swindles the actress Nadine Hamdi and takes 50 thousand pounds from her.
Yasmine decides to go on a diet. Aya remains opposed to getting married. Ghada runs into the actress Nadine Hamdi and her brother. Nadine discovers that she's the swindler who conned her.
The three girls take turns going to the police station for different charges: Aya to report the cab driver who tried to kidnap her friend, Yasmine to report the two guys who tried to snatch her purse and Ghada who is accused of swindling the actress Nadine Hamdi.
Qarni tells the three girls that they have a fourth sister that he knows nothing about. He takes them to their mother, Hendya, who is shocked to see them. Qarni makes his son, Marwan, spy on the girls.
Hendya tells her daughters that she did what she thought was right and she doesn't regret it. Qarni reopens the cabaret and wants his nieces to work there.
Qarni uses a trick to make the girls pay for the cabaret's equipment, by saying that his son was kidnapped and asking them to pay the ransom.
Marwan returns home. Qarni hosts a visitor named Ragab who comes to buy a plow for his people.
Ragab causes chaos at Qarni's house and the girls use their powers to make him leave but no avail. Qarni reflects on his memories at the cabaret.
Qarni wants the girls to work as escorts at the cabaret. Qarni swindles Ragab and takes his money to open up the cabaret. The fourth sister, Dalia, appears and her superpower is mind-control.
Qarni opens up the cabaret and uses the girls to run a TV ad. The police close the cabaret.
Qarni succeeds in reopening the cabaret. Marwan's mother, Sabah, returns to Qarni's house.
Qarni is busy with Sabah. Officer Khalid storms the cabaret, stating that he will not allow any violations happening in it.
Officer Khalid cannot prove any illegal practices happening at the cabaret. Dalia helps her criminal uncle, Hisham Zahran, using her powers.
The girls try to find who their father is but Hendya stalls. Hendya finally reveals that their father is Superman. Sabah overhears Hendya and tells Qarni about it. Qarni decides to use the girls' superpowers to his advantage.
Qarni uses the girls' powers to do tasks at the cabaret. Officer Khalid finishes preparing Zakria, the brother of an informant, to be a superhero like he always wanted.
Officer Khalid starts to take Zakria with him on his missions. The girls refuse to use their powers at the cabaret and Qarni punishes them by forcing Hendya to work at the cabaret.
Qarni causes Marwan another deformity. Ragab marries Sahar, the cabaret girl, to get rid of Sabah's seduction. Sabah becomes angry and wants Qarni to take revenge on Ragab and Sahar.
Officer Khalid investigates the girls' superpowers and they deny it. The war continues between Sabah and Sahar after the latter's marriage to Ragab.
The girls ask Officer Khalid to help them to get rid of Qarni and they confess that they have superpowers. He agrees to help them, only if they form a team of super heroes to fight crime and bring justice along with Zakria.
Yasmine loses weight and becomes slim. Dalia escapes death after Hisham Zahran's men try to kill her. Officer Khalid asks Qarni to let the girls work with him in crime-fighting and he agrees in exchange for getting paid 30 thousand pounds for each girl.
Hendya doesn't want the girls to work with Officer Khalid because they could get hurt. Zakria saves Dalia and takes her home. Qarni trains Ragab to be his successor.
The officer tries to catch Dalia but she escapes with Zakria. The girls start their first mission with Khalid, who's revealed to be a former officer who lost his job and remains unemployed. Zakria takes Dalia to the girls and they discover that their superpowers don't work on her.
Dalia doesn't believe that she's the girls' sister. Hisham Zahran looks for Dalia and she decides to go with him to avoid bloodshed. Dalia pretends that she has not lost her memory, and Hisham Zahran asks her to turn over a new leaf.
Dalia tells Hisham Zahran the location of the girls and Khalid to prove her loyalty. Dalia finally discovers her superpower and that she's the girl's sister.
Qarni tells Hisham Zahran that he will find the girls for him and leaves Marwan and the informant Tolba as hostages. Khalid goes to Qarni and asks to marry Hendya.
The girls decide to live with Ghada. Love blossoms between Khalid and Dalia, and he tells her that he chose Hendya so that the girls wouldn't fight. Qarni gets paralyzed after the cabaret burns down.
Superman finally returns and tries to reconcile the girls and their mother. After Qarni recovers, he goes with Khalid, the girls and Superman to save Marwan and Tolba.
The superhero team goes to Hisham Zahran and they finally defeat him and they rescue everyone. The girls return to their old lives.
