The police find Ragheb's wife murdered and dumped near the sea, so Officer Salam investigates the crime and interrogates everyone connected to it. Ragheb accuses Adham of killing her.
Salam interrogates Adham, and Ragheb claims that he has a breakdown due to the murder of his wife and is taken to the hospital. He becomes angry when his mistress, Faten, visits him, fearing that their relationship will be discovered. Hisham’s mother rejects her son’s love for his secretary, Nidaa.
Salam interrogates Nidaa, and Hisham tries to convince her to leave her job at Ragheb's company. He asks his sister Janan to help her search for a new job, but Nidaa returns to working at Ragheb's company after he leaves the hospital.
Ragheb plans with Adham to start a gold smuggling operation in the port. Nidaa rejects Hisham's attempt to get close to her because she wants to marry Ragheb in order to be rich.
Nidaa confesses to Ragheb her love for him, and the latter asks Adham to hire the killer Jabbar to pretend that he is trying to kill him to remove suspicion from him. Nidaa refuses to marry Hisham.
Salam investigates the case of Ragheb being shot. Nidaa meets with the latter several times, asking him to formally propose to her. Ragheb and Adham prepare for a new smuggling operation.
Ragheb warns Adham about his relationship with Faten. Ragheb marries Nidaa, and Salam suspects Adham of opening the iron trading company to hide the smuggling operation.
Adham and Faten agree to work together, and Salam collects information about Ragheb's new operation.
Adham reports Ragheb to the police. Nidaa discovers Ragheb's forgery of their marriage contract, so she steals his money and runs away, so Ragheb kills her. A car accident occurs to Ragheb and Hisham, and the latter dies. Ragheb's brain is transplanted into Hisham's body. Jabbar kills Faten.
