When officer Ali is hospitalized, he recalls the time he raided the hideout of a drug and arms dealer.

Ali tries to gather as much information as possible about Yehia Nusair as his partners start wrapping up their business in Egypt following his death. Ali also keeps an eye on Amer.

Ali sends his wife abroad to her father to protect her as he embarks on a journey to find out who blew up his car. Things get worse when the lawyer who gave Ali his birth documents gets murdered during the investigation.

Ali resumes his unofficial investigation on Amer and learns about his quarry.

When Ali's connection to Yehia Nusair is discovered, he is fired from his job as a police officer. Amer hires a man called the Ghost to kill Ali.

Ali tries to persuade Reem that he must go and get his share of the inheritance. Simultaneously, Essam meets Ali and Hamed and reveals to them the identity of their mother's murderer.

A nurse tries to murder Ali at the hospital. In a flashback, Ali resumes telling his story as he recounts how Hamed helped him find Gaby.

Reem refuses to quit her job as Ali requested. Ali learns that Amer El-Qattan has an important transaction that must be stopped.

Hamed's men dispose of the heroin they have. Hamed finds out about the place where Amer keeps his money and burns every pound of it. In retaliation, Amer gives orders to kill Ali's family.

A lawyer connected to a group of terrorists arrives and negotiates with Ali. They strike a deal as he accepts to spy on Hamed Abu El-Ata and the lawyer Nasr El-Din.

Following the failed attempt to murder Ali at the hospital, Yehia Nusair's money is put under guard. Amer El-Qattan receives the new drug shipment as he plots against Ali and Hamed.

Ali's men attempt to murder Eissa. Hamed reveals to Ali that he is well-acquainted with all his movements and plots and that he is the one who leaked Nasr's documents.

Ali's plan to rob the bank is a success, and he gets acquainted with ex-officer-turned-arms dealer Rami Shehab El-Din and plots with him to sabotage Amer's upcoming drug deal.

Ali comes clean to Reem about his work with the police. Sequestration is lifted from Yehia Nusair's companies. Ali reveals Sarah's complicity with Amer and tries to gain access to Yehia Nusair's money.

Ali asks Sarah to kill Amer, and he eventually locates where Yehia Nusair is keeping his money. Reem is terrified upon learning of her friend Asmaa's murder. Galal plots with Hamed against Ali.

The conflict between the colluding officers and Yehia Nusair reaches a peak. Loai and Ali agree to receive a drug shipment in Beirut.

Amer rejects the idea of kidnapping Reem, but when she gets kidnapped anyway, Ali manages to find her. He also learns that Sarah and Amar El-Qattan are related.

Ali travels to Beirut, and a sedative is put into his drink. When he gains consciousness, he finds out that he has been kidnapped, and Michel starts questioning him.

Ali goes to Yehia Nusair group's bank and he rummages through his documents, leading him to find evidence of Major General Galal's corruption.

The police raid Hamed's house, but they find no traces of recent activity there. Ali tries to get Amal's help to entrap Galal.

Karam accuses Dr. Ali of murder. Ali kidnaps the lawyer Reda. Galal incites Gomaa against Ali by telling him that he is behind robbing the bank and killing his son.

Ali enlists Amal's help to meet the lawyer. When Essam returns home, he finds a huge sum of money that was planted at his place to frame him for robbing the bank.

Hamed learns that Nusair left all his fortune to Sarah. Ali and Amer make a truce, while Hamed makes every effort to get the money to pay Rami.

When Reem meets Ali, he asks her to get ready to leave the country. Hamed warns Reem about Ali.

Rami and Loai cancel the transaction with Hamed and strike a deal with Omran instead. Following an attack on her house, Ali miraculously saves Reem and she leaves home.

Ali learns that Amer is plotting to get rid of him and Reem. Amal asks Abdullah to help her find Adam.

The police raid Hamed's dealership and arrest his son. Ali falls ill and is transferred to the hospital.

Ali starts his chemotherapy. Galal is busy devising a plot to entrap Ali. Adel confesses to his father's illegal acts.

Hamed learns that Adel has been arrested and has confessed to his involvement. Galal decides to murder Ali's allies. Ali is the victim of a murder attempt at the hospital.

Ali survives the murder attempt. Abdullah refuses to kill Ali. Both Ali and Galal eventually die.
