Hamdan asks for Ghalia's hand to marry his son, Mutlaq, but her father tells him that she is engaged to her cousin Malahid, whom Ghalia refuses to marry.
Hamdan resents his brother for insisting that Mutlaq marries Ghalia despite her father's refusal, due to the old enmity between Hamdan's brother and Malahid. Ghalia tells Nowair of her love for Gharbi, the logger.
Bachit proposes to Nowair. Mutlaq's uncle incites his nephew, Mutlaq, to take revenge on Malahid for his desire to marry Ghalia.
Rashid tells Gharbi about Hazm Al Damy area, so he travels there and meets Malahid while Shafi is travelling.
Shafi returns from his travels. Ghalia thinks of sending a messenger to Gharbi to tell him about her love to him. Shafi is still trying to convince his daughter to agree to marrying Malahid.
Ghalia scolds Bachit and asks him to stay away from her. El Saket tells Gharbi about a girl who loves him from Hazm Al Damy area.
Shafi tries to unite the men so that hostility does not separate them. Gharbi meets Ghalia and admires her, but Rashid advises him to stay away from her so as not to cause problems between him and Hazm Al Damy area.
Gharbi asks Ghalia to marry him, but her father tells her that it is up to Malahid, then forces her to marry him and the wedding ceremony is held.
Malahid complains that Ghalia is estranged from him after marriage, and her father asks him that they stay near his house.
As Rashid tries to persuade Gharbi to marry, he gets him engaged to the daughter of Abu Tarkham, but Gharbi resents what he did. Shafi asks Ghalia to treat Malahid well, and to be an obedient wife.
Shafi asks Malahid to forget about taking revenge on Hamdan and his brother Mutlaq. Gharbi marries Fadda, the daughter of Abu Tarkham, and discovers that her father forced her to marry him, and promises to leave her safely.
Gharbi asks to marry Ghalia, but her father tells her that it is up to Malahid.
As Ghalia remains in hardship after she is obliged to her marriage to Malahid, she tells Nowair about this, who complains about her mother-in-law and her mistreatment of her.
As Malahid complains about Ghalia's disobedience, Bachit suggests on him to take another wife in order to discipline her. Ghalia tells Nowair that she has left Malahid's house and returned to her father's house.
Nowair advises Ghalia to be patient with Malahid, so as not to lose her life with him; meanwhile, Malahid remains in bewilderment, thinking about telling her father.
Malahid threatens Ghalia to leave and abandon her. As Fadda tells Gharbi that she loves another man and that she was forced to marry him, he agrees with her to keep their marriage in front of the people and divorce her later.
Shafi brings his daughter back to Malahid. Fadda asks Gharbi not to divorce her. Rashid tries to find out what Gharbi is upset with, but he doesn't tell him.
Gharbi tells Rashid what happened between him and Fadda and his intention to divorce her, but Fadda asks Rashid that Gharbi goes back on his desire. Shafi asks his daughter Ghalia to have children with Malahid, but he divorces her.
Nowair admonishes Ghalia for her happiness about the divorce. Shafi asks Malahid not to go to Hazm Al Damy so that he does not overcome his heartbreak there.
Gharbi asks Malahid and Shafi that he marry Ghalia and the two agree, but the shock falls when Bachit's mother tells them that Ghalia is his foster sister and that their marriage is not permissible, so Gharbi leaves for Hazm Al Damy in grief.
