Ali beats his stepdaughter for seeing her cousin. Hussein works in the theater and returns from the capital with his colleague to Tozeur, only for his sister to tell him that Ali wants to wed her to Al-A'aty while she loves her cousin. As Ali kills one of the workers, Al-A'aty helps him hide the body.

Al-A'aty asks Ali for Salima and half of his possessions in exchange for his help in disposing of the body. As he manages to get rid of the body, Al-A'aty frames Saleh's father for the murder, and Hussein goes with them to the station.

The police arrest Hussein on charges of murder. As Salima learns of her brother's desire to marry her off to Al-A'aty, she decides to flee the house.

As Salima runs away, her brother searches for her in the woods but someone kidnaps her. Al-A'aty's mother tells him that she is not his real mother. When Ali learns that Hussein is not married to the girl, he tries to rape her, but she escapes. When she tells Hussein, he tries to stop Ali with a rifle.

As Hayat travels to the capital, she hires a lawyer to get her property back from Ali. After the forensic report shows that the man didn't die with a machete, Saleh's father is released from jail. As Al-A'aty follows Ibrahim to his hideout where Salama is found, he tells Saleh who comes to save her.

When Ibrahim is stung by a scorpion, Saleh and Salima help him and he lets them go. As Al-A'aty goes to Henchir Al-Zahir, he tells the workers that he is the new owner of the land. Salima remains in her uncle's house and her brother supports her.

The lawyer asks Hussein that his mother cancels the power of attorney before he sells other properties. As the old man tells the story of his origin and that he is his father, Al-A'aty forces him to write the rest of the property to him and becomes the owner of all the lands.

Ibrahim arrests Al-A'aty and asks him to tell him the truth. Ali tells his wife that he sold all the property. As Ibrahim learns that Ali is the one who killed his brother through Al-A'aty, he beats him. When Hussein is accused of killing him, he flees to the capital.

As Hussein turns himself in to the police, the officer goes to arrest Ibrahim but does not find him. As Al-A'aty goes to his mother and tells her his story, Sa'eed asks her to support him. Hussein is released from detention after the police confirm his innocence.

When Hussein learns that Al-A'aty has bought all his property from Ali, he suffers from a psychological condition and is taken to the mental hospital. Hussein's family goes to live with Saleh. Al-A'aty's mother gives him money to compensate him for all the years of poverty that he lived without her.

As the people of Al-Dawar go to visit Hussein, Saleh asks Salima to marry him, just as Hussein proposes to marry Hayat. As Al-A'aty comes to congratulate him, Hussein tries to treat him nicely while Al-A'aty asks him to work for him. Saleh goes to live with his mother in Al-A'aty's house.

Al-A'aty asks Hussein to come with his mother and move in with him. Saleh gets angry at Hussein while he does not understand anything.

As Hussein lives with his family in Al-A'aty's house, his cousin comes to kill Al-A'aty, but Hussein defends him. As Saleh tries to hit Hussein, Salima gets angry and he goes to her brother.

Salima returns to her husband. Hussein goes to the capital and agrees with his friends to act as a company that wants to buy land and animals. As Al-A'aty falls into the trap, he wants to make the deal and goes to the capital to see the headquarters.

As Ibrahim returns to Al-Dawar, he wants to kill Al-A'aty, but Saleh advises him not to. As Al-A'aty signs the fake deal, all the property returns to Hussein, who goes to his uncle and tells him the whole truth. When Al-A'aty finds out the truth, he tries to kill Hussein, but the police arrest him.
