Adam gets an anonymous message claiming that his wife, Rahma, is cheating on him, which prompts him to follow her as she goes to meet Sherif. Suspicious that Sherif is cheating on his wife Samah with Rahma, Sahar quarrels with Sherif.

In the wake of a car accident, Rahma discovers that Adam is following her. As she explains to him that she met Sherif because he got her a job at her old school, Rahma and Adam reconcile.

Adam traces the number that called him and learns that Samah bought it from the previous owner, Isma'il Al-Doksh. Rahma reveals to Sahar that she knows about her affair with Sherif. As Rahma starts her new job, she tries to get close to Salma.

As Sherif reveals to Adam that he and Sahar have an unregistered marriage, he confirms that Samah is not the one who has been in contact with Adam. Rahma admonishes Salma for going to a hotel with a young man. Adam asks Rahma for forgiveness.

As Adam invites his friends over, Sahar grows jealous of Samah and quarrels with Sherif. Isma'il watches the incident, hoping to get close to them. Sherif divorces Sahar. Rahma visits Salma and apologizes for hitting her.

When Samah goes to visit Sahar, she finds her bleeding and rushes her to Haroun's hospital. It's revealed that Sahar suffered a miscarriage. Adam orders Rahma to keep the news from Sahar.

When Adam goes to a nightclub, one of his old girlfriends tries to get close to him. Rahma obeys Adam and keeps the truth from Sahar. Adam has nightmares about being killed by a woman.

Sahar breaks down after Samah reveals the truth. As Rahma passes out, Adam discovers that she has been taking contraceptives. Salma is suspended from school and her guardian is summoned to school.

After she reconciles with Adam, Rahma goes back to practice with Hussein. When Adam sees them with Isma'il Al-Doksh, he grows suspicious.

Al-Doksh informs Adam that Rahma met him to inquire about the person who has been sending him messages, a notion that Rahma later confirms to Adam. After Sahar rebuffs Sherif when he tries to win her back, she visits Samah to worry him.

As Mounira falls ill, she is rushed to the hospital. Sherif grows jealous when Zaher courts Sahar's favor. Rahma turns against Sahar. Samah asks for a divorce.

As Adam consults a psychiatrist about his nightmares, he meets a strange woman who tells him that she knows a secret about him. Salma takes a picture of Rahma as she goes to meet Sherif. As Rahma tells Sherif that Zaher has visited Sahar's house repeatedly, he goes to Sahar's house and beats Zaher.

Sherif struggles in the aftermath of the disappearance of Samah and their son. When Adam pursues the mysterious woman, he sees Hayat in his psychiatrist's building. Samah asks Sahar to convince Sherif to divorce her. The mysterious woman calls Adam and warns him against a betrayal from Rahma.

Hayat meets Adam and threatens to expose one of his old crimes. Sahar grows suspicious when Rahma visits Zaher. Samah finds old pictures in Rahma's old house, where she has been hiding.

It's revealed that Mounira has cancer. Rahma is shocked when she finds Adam and Hayat in the former's apartment. Salma takes a picture of Rahma as she meets with an anchorman, Khaled, to agree with him to cover a school trip.

Rahma arranges for Nada to meet Khaled. Sherif quarrels with Sahar after he sees her with Zaher. As Rahma quarrels with Samah over the photos, she makes Samah leave and return to her own house.

As Rahma goes on the school trip, Adam surprises her by arriving while she is taking a walk with Khaled. Adam divorces Rahma. Sherif tries to figure out the reason Rahma has been involved in what is happening to him. Adam discusses his past with his psychiatrist.

When Rahma learns that she is pregnant, Adam goes back to her and refuses to let her have an abortion. Adam gets close to Sahar and tries to find out more about her relationship with Rahma.

Adam learns about the fight Rahma had with Samah. Nada kills herself over Khaled's lack of love for her. Adam discovers that he was unfair to Rahma. Rahma asks Zaher to give her an abortion.

Adam confesses to his doctor that he got his old girlfriend pregnant, unaware that she was married at the time. Rahma informs Zaher that she is not pregnant but she wants him to tell Adam that she had an abortion. Rahma confesses her love for Sherif.

Rahma tells Sherif that her sister was killed over her affair with a man. Sahar warns Adam about Rahma's secrets. Zaher tells Adam that Rahma started bleeding and had an abortion.

Salma blames Rahma for Nada's suicide. Adam is tormented by his suspicions. After Sahar confronts Rahma at her house, the two quarrel.

Adam confesses to his father that Mariam was pregnant with his child, but she died while having an abortion. Rizq informs Rahma that Adam's enemies are planning to harm him after he refuses to work with them. Rahma enlists Sherif's help to aid Adam. Sahar gets engaged to Zaher.

Rahma hides Hayat in her house when Adam arrives, asking for a divorce due to Adam's continued distrust of her. Zaher confesses to Sahar that Adam had him perform an abortion in the past, a fact that Rahma has used to blackmail him. Rahma visits Hesham

Adam escapes from the police after getting implicated with antiquities dealers. Rahma confronts Hesham with the reasons for Mariam's affair, informing him that she was killed during the abortion. Sherif suspects that Rahma is the one who reported Adam to the police.

Hesham looks for Adam to kill him. As Rahma meets Sherif in her house, she sends Hayat to tell Adam that they are cheating on him. Sahar helps Adam as he remains a fugitive.

Sherif threatens to smear Zaher's name if he doesn't stay away from Sahar. Adam kills Hesham in self-defense. Sahar finds Sherif stabbed.

The police arrest Sahar. It's revealed that Hesham has survived. Rahma begs Hesham not to report Adam to the police. Adam regrets his past actions. The police arrest Zaher for killing Mariam.

When Adam discovers that Rahma and Hayat are in cahoots, Hayat regrets her participation in the plan after she falls for him. After Sahar is released after Sherif testifies for her, she reconciles with Rahma after learning of what Adam did to Rahma's sister, Mariam.

Haroun passes away. As Rahma confesses her feelings for Adam, he gets arrested. Rahma gives birth to Adam's daughter, visiting Adam in prison and promising to wait for him.
