Gharib works in the shop of Abu Qamar (Qamar's father) in the market who asks him to help at home as well since their maid has left. When Gharib arrives at the house, he is surprised to walk into a quarrel between Abu Qamar's two wives.
Sherar hires a guy to kidnap Abu Qamar and asks for a ransom. As Gharib tells Abu Qamar's wives that he may have taken a third wife, he convinces them to burn his clothes as revenge.
In order to organize the children's ranks, Gharib talks to Abu Qamar about holding a football league for them. As Sherar becomes the referee, Abu Qamar's son wins first place.
As the Coronavirus spreads, Gharib enlists Abu Qamar's help to get married before he dies. As Gharib notices that people are going overboard with the purchase of supplies, he forces people to adhere to the curfew and refuses to let anyone out of the house.
As Dardour and Salima complain to Abu Qamar about their difficult life, Abu Qamar lends them a hand. But when Salima arrives to complain that Dardour has beaten her, Abu Qamar's wives believe that he is going to marry her.
As Abu Qamar asks Gharib to find out what people think of him discreetly, Gharib causes trouble after accusing Abu Qamar of being a cruel tyrant in front of people.
Abu Qamar's wives quarrel as the first wife wishes to throw a party to celebrate her sister's wedding, while the second wife wants to commemorate the anniversary of her grandfather's death. Gharib suggests for both events to be held at the same time.
The merchant, Abu Dahab, deceives Sherar by claiming that one of the market shops contains a treasure. As he asks Sherar to gather money from the shop owners in order to gain access to the treasure, he ends up taking the money and escaping.
When Abu Khelda asks Sherar to watch over his store until his return, Sherar steals money from the shop and frames Gharib, leading Abu Qamar to question Gharib.
As Abu Qamar grows upset with his wives' constant problems, Gharib gives him a book called Book of My Life, which enables Abu Qamar to deal with his wives. When his new method proves successful, he rewards Gharib.
As Abu Qamar asks Gharib and Sherar to host one of his guests while he is away on a trip, Gharib mistakenly thinks that a guy is the guest and welcomes him, only to discover at the end of the day that the guy is there to ask Abu Qamar about his stuff.
When Gharib catches feelings for a girl named Warda at the market, Sherar informs him that he knows her house. As Gharib asks Abu Qamar to ask for Warda's hand in marriage, he quarrels with Qamar about it, only for the two to discover that Warda is a ewe.
As a contest is held for lyric poetry, the contest's organizer asks Abu Qamar for a donation. Gharib decides to take part by reciting poetry.
Gharib is shocked when he finds a donkey in his room. As Abu Qamar admonishes him and asks him to get the donkey out of the house, Gharib convinces him to let the donkey stay and use it to transfer the house supplies.
When Abu Qamar fails to show up at the shop, his wife tells Gharib that he didn't wake up. As Gharib enlists the help of Abu Marmar to treat Abu Qamar, Abu Marmar suggests that they use singing and drum roll to wake him up.
When Abu Qamar inquires from Gharib about his life story, Gharib tells him about his father's abandonment and his uncle's ardent search for him.
When Abu Qamar travels, Gharib takes over running the business, whereupon he fires Sherar, so the latter turns to his sister, Abu Qamar’s wife. Meanwhile, Umm Qamar tries to push her son to take over his father's business during his absence.
As Gharib causes Abu Qamar some losses, Sherar suggests that he dismisses him from work, so he is forced to stay with the owner of the cafe, during which time he manages to catch some thieves robbing Abu Qamar's shop.
Khaled hits Gharib with his motorcycle then beats him, whereupon Gharib presses charges against him, after which, Khaled’s family tries to persuade Gharib to drop the charges in exchange for money.
As Abu Qamar and his family take care of Gharib until he recovers, he is surprised that Gharib has changed everything in the shop, whereupon the latter forces Abu Qamar to stay at home, as he takes charge of everything.
When Abu Qamar kicks Gharib out of the house, the busboy at the cafe proposes to the latter to buy Abu Qamasheh's shop, upon which he becomes a rich tradesman.
Abu Faraj visits Abu Qamar’s house, upon which he’s received by Gharib who learns that he is Abu Qamar’s maternal uncle, and takes him to the shop. Abu Faraj starts interfering with the affairs of Abu Qamar’s wives, as well as the business conducted in the shop.
Gharib gives Qamar a slingshot as a gift to hunt birds, whereupon he sets out with her, only to lose his way back, so Abu Qamar contacts the police to report them missing.
Gharib is hit by a thunderbolt, upon which his body retains a high electric charge, affecting everyone who touches him.
Gharib causes Umm Qamar’s divorce after inciting her against Abu Qamar, and telling her that the latter has signed over half of the house to his other wife.
When the cafe busboy finds a message tied to a homing pigeon’s leg, he gives it to a Gharib, which turns out to be a warning to the townspeople of a drought and a cut-off of all the supplies, so people start to flee in panic, but Gharib discovers that its content is incorrect.
Gharib’s friend suggests that he should document his life by writing his story on paper and recording everything that happens in his life, which is what Gharib begins to do.
The flames of jealousy rage between Abu Qamar's two wives, causing problems in the house, whereupon Gharib suggests to him to marry a third wife to curb the jealousy and problems of his first two.
Sherar tells his sister that Abu Qamar wants to marry another woman to bear him children, so she falsely claims that she’s pregnant, and so does Umm Qamar, whereupon Abu Qamar plans with Gharib to disguise himself as a midwife to find out the truth.
Abu Qamar’s two wives quarrel over the housework, while Abu Qamar asks Gharib to do his laundry, and tries to convince him to get married.
