Tarek tells Bassam that he wants to get married. Fatma gathers with her friends to celebrate her wedding. Hanin asks for her father's help to choose a university.

Hanin mistreats Laila. The doctor tells Adel that his son Sa'oud is autistic. Sa'oud's foreign stepmother mistreats him.

Tarek celebrates his engagement to Reham. Hanin overcomes her fears and learns to drive. Adel tells his wife that he hates his first wife and their son.

Tarek and Bassam get in a serious accident while racing their cars. Tarek dies. Farah tells her father that Sa'oud's stepmother is mistreating him. Hanin meets Fatma.

Bassam is left in a bad psychological condition in the wake of Tarek's death. Farah's father admonishes her after she breaks her leg while trying to help Sa'oud. Asmaa gets attacked. Adel learns that Sa'oud's mother is getting out of the psychiatric hospital.

Asmaa is transferred to the hospital and questioned about her assault. Bassam stays in his aunt's house in Kuwait. Roaa is expelled from the police academy after assaulting one of her classmates.

Asmaa is surprised to find her case file in front of her house. Adel reports Sa'oud's disappearance to the police. Roaa enlists Hanin's help to get her father to facilitate her return to the police academy.

Sa'oud's mother is released from the hospital. Azary tries to convince Ahmed to help Roaa. Bassam starts school.

Fatma quarrels with her husband and asks for a divorce. Ahmed decides to accompany Laila to the US. Adel asks Ahmed to keep the news about his marriage from Sa'oud's mother. Asmaa gets promoted. Laila suspects her husband's fidelity.

Hanin looks after her sister Farah while her father and Laila are away. Sarah and Bassam team up on their graduation project. Azary starts to fall for Ahmed.

Hanin's grandfather asks her not to be reserved with her half-sister. Khaled, a psychiatrist, tries to help Bassam recover from the trauma of Tarek's death.

Roaa tells Hanin that her father is the reason she went back to the police academy. Sherif goes to Kuwait. Ahmed undergoes a medical checkup. Ahmed's house burns down.

Sa'oud gets injured in the fire. Laila suspects that her husband is cheating on her. Khaled helps Noura with her psychological issue.

Salem and Khaled quarrel after Khaled helps Noura. Fatma plants a listening device in her husband's office. Sa'oud dies at the hospital.

Ahmed scolds Azary for trying to get close to him. Bassam is surprised by Reham and Sherif's relationship. Laila returns from her travel and tells Ahmed that she is going to stay in her brother's house. Bassam meets Hanin in Khaled's clinic.

Sa'oud's mother is traumatized in the wake of her son's death. Faten tells Ahmed that he needs to complete his checkup. Fatma is suspicious of her husband.

Laila informs Asmaa's father of her suspicions about Ahmed. Hanin asks for Khaled's help to build a relationship with her younger sister Farah.

Sa'oud's mother suspects her husband and tells the doctor that he is putting drugs in her food. Fatma asks her husband's secretary to watch him for her in exchange for money. Azary claims that Ahmed wanted them to have a relationship to help her return to the police academy.

Asmaa's father proposes to Hend. The doctor assures Ahmed that his illness is treatable. Ali and Abdel Latif agree to deceive Laila to get her to sign a contract for the new television channel. Asmaa discovers that Hanin is seeing a psychiatrist.

Asmaa fights with Bassem and Hanin in Khaled's clinic. As she suspects that they are having an affair, Khaled helps to clarify matters. Laila gives her preliminary approval for the job in the new channel.

Ahmed receives his first chemo session. Asmaa's father advises him to share the news about his illness and his relationship with Faten with Laila, but Ahmed refuses.

Fatma is upset that Bassam and Hanin are growing close. Asmaa opposes her father's marriage to Hend. Kahled confesses his feelings for Asmaa. Ahmed tells Faten that he wants to tell Laila about them.

Bassam reveals to Mo'yad that his wife's photos were doctored. Azary and Roaa enlist Ahmed's help to find the person who fabricated the photos. Asmaa's father marries Hend.

Laila discovers that the new job offer was a hoax. Khaled asks for Asmaa's hand. Bassam breaks things off with Hanin.

Sarah tells her father that she is in love with Bassam. Abdel Latif tells Laila that Ali is the one who deceived her. Adel is arrested after the police find narcotic drugs in his bag.

Salem tells Ahmed that he only found out that Khaled isn't his brother after his father died. Adel discovers that his foreign wife is the one who put the pills in his bag. Laila asks Ahmed for a divorce.

Roaa's father is transferred to the hospital and gets paralyzed. Adel's wife gives birth. Ahmed and Salem run into a thunderstorm while out at sea.

Asmaa's father reports Ahmed's absence to the police. Sa'oud's mother learns that Adel has another wife. Laila discovers that Ahmed has cancer.

Ahmed is rescued. When Adel's son by his foreign wife turns out to be disabled, his mother abandons him and leaves the country. Bassam proposes to Hanin.

Sa'oud's mother tells Adel of what his wife has done. Adnan is arrested. Mo'yad tries to reconcile with Fatma. Ahmed beats cancer. Bassam starts racing again.
