Casey is studying Ninjutsu in Japan, and his Sensei has legendary Ninja weapons that should go to a deserving person. The other ninja, called Masazuka, thinks he's the one who deserves these weapons. One day, Masazuka attacks Casey, who defends himself and becomes an assassin.
