As Nada deprives Emad of his medicine and leaves him to die due to his mistreatment of her, it's revealed that she has been having an affair with Yamen, a fact that she hides from her daughter, Basma.

Yamen continues to struggle with his issues that were born out of his step-mother's mistreatment. Basma catches feelings for Yamen.

As Nada refuses to marry Sabah's brother Hesham, she also refuses to let Saeid run the lab. Yamen starts to manipulate Basma.

As Abir refuses to marry Adib, it's revealed that Abir has feelings for Mohanad, who does not share her feelings as he thinks that she is opportunistic and proud. Rana starts working in Abir's father's company.

As Adib tries to get close to Abir, she rejects him. Abir grows jealous of Rana as she fears that she and Mohanad will become close, which they eventually do.

As Abir decides to marry Mohanad, her father disapproves because of Mohanad's financial difficulties. Mohanad confesses to Abir that he has feelings for Rana.

Abir wages war against Rana and fires her. Mohanad quits after the situation at work becomes unbearable.

As Adib asks Emad to get rid of Mohanad, the latter reveals to Rana the truth about why Abir hates her.

As Mohanad returns to work, he insists that Rana come back with him. As Abir learns that Adib is behind what happened to Mohanad, she offers Rana money to stay away from Mohanad, but Rana refuses. Adib dissolves his partnership with Abir's father.

Accustomed to getting what she wants, Abir is unable to handle Mohanad's rejection of her, leading her to poison Rana to get rid of her.

Tarek plans to marry his cousin, Mona, until he finishes his studies. Hassaan is unable to bear his father's abandonment of him. As Nabila incites Mona's father against her and her cousin, she asks Mona's father to kick him out.

It's revealed that Hassaan has feelings for Mona. Nabila manages to get Tarek kicked out of the house. Yasmine talks to Nabila about Mona's news.

Fadia offers to host Tarek after his uncle kicks him out. Tarek tells Mona that Nabila is responsible for what happened to him. Hassaan pulls out all the stops to win Mona over.

Hassaan marries Mona. As Yasmine gets close to Tarek, she drives a wedge between Hassaan and Mona. Hassaan kills Tarek.

Samir decides to take the tender from Essam, whom he hates. Umm Ziad (Ziad's mother) asks her sister Salwa to put a rush on Ziad and Farah's wedding, but Salwa asks her to postpone it until Farah finishes her studies.

As Rasha turns on her manager, Essam, and sells him out to Samir in exchange for money, she agrees with her friend Koko to accuse Essam of harassment.

In the wake of the harassment accusation, Salwa decides to separate from her husband, Essam. Farah refuses to believe the rumors that tarnish her father's reputation.

As Ziad incites his aunt Salwa against her husband, Salwa splits up with her husband. As she decides to take her money that Essam has, she asks her brother to intervene.

Koko pulls out all the stops to secure money for her mother's medication. Believing that he is innocent, Farah tries to help her father in his crisis.

After Ziad divorces her, Farah kicks her aunt out. Rasha gives false testimony against Essam. Salwa learns that her husband is innocent. Koko kills Rasha.

As Ghada asks Susan to keep an eye on Shahd and Wessam, Wessam struggles with the fact that he still doesn't have children after seven years of marriage. The family rejoices when Wa'el and Nahed get married.

As Shahd asks Wessam to take another wife to have children, he refuses to betray Ghada. Wa'el is thrilled to learn that his wife, Nahed, is pregnant.

Umm Wessam (Wessam's mother) decides to secure her granddaughter Reem's future by leaving an inheritance for her. Nahed loses her baby. Shahd incites Wessam against his wife.

Nahed learns that she is pregnant. Susan is upset that her father is squandering his money as he takes to gambling, growing fearful that his gambling habit might cost them their house.

Ghada kills Nahed's son to take revenge on her. Wessam rejoices when he learns that Shahd is pregnant. Nahed kills Ghada after she finds out the truth.
