The life of the 21-year-old drifter Michael takes an unexpected turn, when he's introduced to a group of outcasts known as the "The Dead Men", who like to live on the edge, choosing to enjoy life to the max.

Michael, a 21-year old American, arrives at Medellin and is moneyless. He meets a beautiful exotic woman who introduces him to a group of her friends, who live in an abandoned psychiatric hospital, calling themselves “The Dead Men”. They fear nothing and no one, including death. As he starts to live their crazy experiences of extreme sports, danger and electronic music, his life changes completely.
