Love develops between the rural girl Nabiha and Ahmed. Then they secretly get married away from her family for fear of her two brothers’ disapproval. After her father’s death, she discovers his plan with the village mayor to sell him part of his land informally. The mayor decides to return the land to the daughter, but with a condition that threatens the continuity of her marriage.
