It follows an actor who has a love affair with a student in the final year of medical school. When the actor is murdered, suspicions revolve around his sweetheart, against whom evidence is collected and she is sentenced to death. But while she is waiting for her sentence to be carried out, other facts are revealed that confirm her innocence of the murder charge.
