Omnia suffers a nervous breakdown and is hospitalized, where she begins to recount her story, starting with her father's death and her being sent to a boarding school after her mother moved to the Gulf for work. She had a reclusive childhood, until her mother’s sudden death led her to live with her cousin, the romantic writer Murad Sami. After graduating from medical school, Omnia works with her colleague Dr. Sameh, who proposes to her. However, her complicated relationship with Murad raises many questions, especially when his deceitful behavior unreveals and his true nature is revealed.
