As Dr. Hassan Shaker, the hospital administrator, introduces his hospital's staff to the Chinese delegation, someone attacks the hospital and demands that his injured friend be treated.

Hassan informs the Minister of Interior of the kidnapping, so the security forces arrive, and the hospital's staff asks them to provide them with lunch.

Majafar pours oil on the Zaafarana Road to receive patients in the orthopedic department. Azra and Majafar convince John that they go to the beach.

Shahat and Nariman find out what Azra has done and join them, whereupon Hassan notices the disappearance of the hospital's staff, so he goes to the beach, where he discovers what they have done and gets to know Sarah.

Inspector Murad comes to the hospital to close it because of his enmity with Hassan due to the latter's relationship with the girls whom Murad wanted to have a relationship with, but Azra makes Murad take drugs and obtains a positive report from him about the hospital.

Murad's condition goes downhill and his behavior becomes childish after taking drugs, and the hospital's staff manages to plant different memories in Murad's mind, upon which he forgets his hatred for Hassan and informs the inspection committee that the hospital is the best.

Actress Sandra comes to the hospital to undergo plastic surgery, and Hassan tells her that John will perform the surgery for her even though it is not his specialty, and they anesthetize her for the surgery.

Sandra discovers that John did not perform the operation because there is no cosmetic department in the hospital, so John tells her that he will have Dr. Frederick perform the operation for her, so she donates the money for the operation to the hospital.

John reads a message on Hassan's phone and learns he's an antiquities dealer. Dr. Sherry visits Hassan at the hospital, and John thinks she's part of an antiquities trading organization. As John meets an officer at the hospital who turns out to know about Sherry, he thinks he too is in the organization.

The officer brings the bag of the statues and gives it to Azra to deliver to Hassan. John confronts Hassan and it turns out that the statues are souvenirs for Sherry. Abd al-Nabi arrests Ali and Majafar and tortures them after they have falsely told him that the statue is original.

Majafar finds two children in front of the hospital's gate, and Hassan discovers the presence of a mouse in the hospital, so he brings someone from the rodent control department.

Majafar finds other children, while John finds an unconscious woman in front of the hospital, and it turns out that the woman is the mother of a child and that Abd al-Nabi is the father of all the children.

Khaled El Ghandour gets into an accident, so Majafar takes him to the hospital and John treats him. Azra asks Fayza to let John leave the hospital so that he could steal the satellite receiver from his room and broadcast Egypt's match in the hospital's cafeteria.

Fayza makes John leave on the pretext of visiting a sick person. Majafar rents the hospital's cafeteria. Azra convinces Khaled El Ghandour to watch the match with them.

A groom and his bride enter the hospital after a quarrel occurred between them. Shahat agrees with Azra to convince Pakinam to get out of the hospital so that he could express his admiration for her, but Pakinam goes out to meet John.

Abd al-Nabi's men rob Shahat, so Azra brings Shahat's stolen items from Abd al-Nabi. Hassan manages to resolve the dispute between the newlyweds.

Hassan publishes an advertisement in the newspaper to appoint a new doctor, after which he appoints Dr. Ahmed, who wins everyone's admiration, and he confesses his love for Pakinam, who tells him that she reciprocates.

Captain Hossam comes, and it becomes clear that Dr. Ahmed is a fugitive criminal. Everyone asks Hossam to release Ahmed, so he agrees on the condition that he return what he stole, so they collect the money for him.

John incites the hospital's staff against Hassan so that someone else could take over the hospital's administration, so Shahat suggests that Hassan announce that an election will take place in the hospital to choose a new administrator.

Pakinam and Fayza run against Hassan, who convinces Fayza to withdraw from the elections. Everyone votes for Hassan, even Pakinam, after which Hassan wins the elections and returns to being the hospital's administrator.

Hassan agrees to treat a dog in the hospital and then decides to open an animal treatment department after seeing the financial gain of the matter. Salem comes to treat his lion, and John sees him and passes out from the shock.

Salem asks for Pakinam's hand in marriage, but she refuses, while John treats the lion.

Saad El Soghayar comes to the hospital to be treated for oral infections, and it turns out that his business manager, Abu Samra, has a pre-existing relationship with Fayza, so John treats him and causes Saad's vocal cords to get injured, so Saad tries to attack John.

It turns out that Saad's case was a casual one and he becomes cured, while everyone celebrates his return to singing.

Azra and Majafar discover a dead body in the reception area with a message instructing them to keep Saad's body in the hospital for two days, after which strange things begin to happen in the hospital and everyone sees a ghost moving.

Fayza persuades Hassan to bring a sheikh to the hospital, so Azra, Majafar, and Fayza bring a fraud who impersonates a sheikh to perform an exorcism ritual, but he takes ten thousand pounds from the doctors. Azra hands over Saad's body to those who left it.

Hassan is still frustrated by the small number of patients in the hospital, so John suggests that he make a TV ad to let the patients know where the hospital is. Azra brings a director, who begins to hear ideas from the staff.

The director tells Hassan that he should allow people to donate to the hospital, so Hassan publishes the ad and includes the bank account number for donations, and he is surprised when he receives a phone call from somebody who wants to donate to the hospital, and he tells him the account is Majafar's.

The hospital still suffers from the small number of patients, and Hassan fails to pay the employees' salaries, so he decides to sell the hospital to the Chinese delegation.

Azra kidnaps the Chinese delegation to stop the selling of the hospital, and everyone tries to convince Hassan to go back on his decision, so he tells them that he won't sell the hospital and that the Chinese delegation agreed to give him a loan so that he can develop the hospital.
