Saleh Fahd Aish Al Mashkhoul is an undersecretary surrounded by a group of corrupt people and leeches. After a misunderstanding leads him to believe that he is the likely candidate for the position of minister, he begins to act on this basis, until he discovers otherwise, after which all the opportunists around him are revealed.
