Sherif falls for a girl he met at a party, but discovers that reaching her again is very difficult. Farag discovers that he has a fortune, but his father has stolen his share of his mother's money. Kamal asks to propose to Suzy.
When a mysterious woman appears to Sherif called Shafiqa, that no one else sees but him, everyone suspects that he has lost his mind. As Nagy asks Sherif to marry Suzy, Suzy tries to tell Sherif that Kamal wants to propose to her. But Sherif thinks that she's referring to Nagy.
As Sherif approves Kamal and Suzy's engagement, he asks Kamal to help Nagy work as a photographer for the magazine. At the engagement party, Sherif helps Farag by claiming that he's a businessman in front of Shafiq in order to persuade him to agree to his engagement to Possy.
Shafiq refuses Nagy's work in journalism and photography and tries to force him to take charge of his burlap factories. Shafiq finds out about Farag and agrees to his marriage to Possy. Sherif discovers that Shafiqa is Shafiq's sister, whom he disavows because she's mentally ill.
