The waterbearer's donkey always brays, annoying the locals until they complain. One day, the people of Al-Farej hear a wolf crying from the donkey. The waterbearer attempts to convince them it's not his donkey, but they don't believe him. After killing the donkey the second day, Al-Farej residents are startled when it turns into a lion.
