As Ashley and Tyson are getting ready for their risky quadruplets' birth, Doug takes Mars to the hospital as she goes into early labor. As Kristina and Jason plan all the details of their upcoming birth, they're still trying to figure out how they will be able to work and raise a baby.

As Ashley gives birth twelve weeks early, Mars and Doug are having a hard time adjusting to their new responsibilities. Kristina is torn between her desire to work and looking after her baby. The couple Destiny and Sal, who have feuding families, are introduced.

Ashley and Tyson return home with their 8-week-old quadruplets. Doug and Mars are having a hard time looking after Sofia. Kristina returns to work after giving birth to Lincoln. Destiny has a baby girl named Capri.

Ashley is left to care for all 4 babies by herself after Tyson goes back to work. Destiny argues with Sal's parents over whether to baptize Capri. In an attempt to mend their relationship, Doug and Mars go to couples therapy. Kristina and Jason are facing obstacles while trying to expand their business.

In spite of the objection of her family, Destiny is looking to hire a nanny. Tyson goes mad when Ashley takes on a quad photo shoot without him. In order to focus on her work, Kristina is thinking about taking Lincoln to a daycare. After having a fight with Mars, Doug heads to Florida.

In order to celebrate the girls' first birthday, Ashley and Tyson visit the newborn intensive care unit. As Doug finds Mars, he asks her to forgive him. Sal and Destiny are facing a hard time breaking away from their controlling mothers. Kristina has a hard choice to make.
