Abu Sa'adoun (Sa'adoun's father) believes that Hamoud is involved in smuggling, but Hamoud tells him that he is an ally to the Iraqi resistance, but he uses weapons, not intoxicants. Hamoud, however, suspects that Sa'adoun turned him in.
As Abu Sa'adoun receives news that Sa'adoun killed Hamoud, he is shocked to learn that Hamoud is alive and that he killed Sa'adoun in retaliation. Abu Sa'adoun vows revenge. Ki'aan tells Abu Sa'adoun that he murdered Tabar, and suggests that Abu Sa'adoun posions Hamoud. They send him poisoned food.
When Hamoud dies, Abu Sa'adoun tells Ki'aan that to fully avenge his son, he still has four more people on his list. Abu Sa'adoun's preoccupation with revenge worries his wife who tries to stop him. Shadad thinks that something is suspicious about Hamoud's death.
Shadad considers quitting his job to manage his father's business. Ki'aan gathers information about Hamoud's family, Al-Asm family. Khalaf is ordered to follow Morgan Dawud and travel to India. Seif learns that Sa'adoun killed his brother Abu Tabar (Tabar's father).
Abu Youssef suggests that Shadad take a month off instead of quitting. Saleh grows suspicious about Zeina who claims possession of Hamoud's farms in India. Shadad is convinced that Hamoud was poisoned.
Abu Sa'adoun tells Seif that the circulating news that Sa'adoun killed Abu Tabar are mere lies, and the Al-Asm family did it. Mansour, Shadad, and Nasser affirm that the candy is poisoned. Abu Abdullah (Abdullah's father) learns that Hamoud was murdered.
Ki'aan works hand in glove with the Indian police to get Saleh arrested for smuggling gold. With Khalaf's help, he disguises himself as Morgan Dawud and poses as a gold merchant. Shadad asks for Shokriya's help to pay Sa'adoun's family.
Shokriya is suspicious about Shadad's request that she mediates with Sa'adoun's family to end the dispute. Abu Sa'adoun asks Nasser to mediate with Hamoud's family to reduce the bloodwit to 100 thousand rupees. Shadad tells Seif that Abu Tabar killed the thieves.
Salma tells her father that Hamoud was poisoned at the hands of Abu Sa'adoun and Ki'aan, and they think of a way to inform his family. The police arrest Ki'aan as he gives the bag with the gold to Saleh. Mansour confronts Abu Sa'adoun about Hamoud's premeditated murder.
Abu Hamd informs Zeina of what happened to Saleh. Abu Salma (Salma's father) writes a paper to be given to Abu Nasser (Nasser's father) concerning Hamoud's poisoning. Shokriya tells Shadad that Hamoud offered to pay her to spy on Sa'adoun.
Shadad has a sensation that a secret is at the core of Sa'adoun and Salma's marriage. Abu Sa'adoun thinks of a way to sneak Ki'aan into Hamoud's house to remove the poisoned candy, so Ki'aan disguises as a merchant, but he doesn't fool Mansour.
Shadad tells Seif that Shokriya must head to the police department to give an account of Abu Tabar's death. Saqr asks Awad to steal the candy from Hamoud's house. Abu Nasser and Mansour affirm that Khalifa is dead. Shadad gets his hand on the paper Abu Salma has written.
Abu Sa'adoun is shocked when someone pays off Fahd to cancel the mortgage of Abu Sa'adoun's house. Akram and Zeina help David by divulging information about Saleh. Shadad learns that he has a sister called Zeina in India. Shadad asks Salma's father why he wed her to Sa'adoun.
Saleh meets Morgan in prison. A man comes all the way from Bahrain and tells Abu Sa'adoun that Hamoud asked him to return Sa'adoun's ships. Thanks to David and Raju, Akram and Zeina reach the truth. Ki'aan learns from Saqr that his father identified Khalifa.
Ki'aan and Abu Sa'adoun encourage Seif to avenge Abu Tabar's murder on Shadad. Shadad threatens Abu Sa'adoun, and he learns that Saleh is imprisoned in India. Raju plots to entrap Kumar to get him to help Saleh and Morgan.
David sees Kumar as he briber Raju. Abu Nasser learns that the ships are back, and Abu Sa'adoun, Ki'aan, and Shadad are at odds. Abu Sa'adoun threatens Ki'aan to force him to testify that Hamoud owes Sa'adoun money.
Shadad and Sa'adoun learn that Nasser is behind the handover of Sa'adoun's ships. Kumar is arrested, while Saleh and Morgan are released. Abu Sa'adoun stipulates that Salma stays at Saqr's house when she marries him. Awad tells Shadad that he must steal the candy.
Shadad arrests Abu Salma on charges of poisoning Hamoud. Zeina tells Saleh that Hamoud was poisoned and that he shouldn't be back in Kuwait for his safety. Salma finds the bag with the gold in Abu Sa'adoun's trunk. Abu Nasser asks Shadad for Zeina's hand for his son Nasser.
Saleh decides to return to Kuwait to tell Shadad that he has a sister called Zeina and Abu Hamd wants to wed her to his son. Shokriya tells Seif that his father didn't drown, and there is something mysterious about his death. Abu Salma tells Abu Saqr that he saw Tabar's death with his own eyes.
It turns out that Sa'adoun married Salma to ensure her father wouldn't testify against Ki'aan. Bashir dies when Ki'aan gives him the poisoned candy. Shadad locks Seif up when the latter accuses him of poisoning Bashir, and Shadad takes the candy to Mansour.
Abu Saqr blackmails Ki'aan to force him to return his money, otherwise, he will reveal the truth about his cut finger. Awad tells Nasser it was Saqr who asked him to steal the candy. Shadad catches Seif when he sees him at Shokriya's, and Shokriya tells them about Sa'adoun and Tabar.
Shokriya, Seif, and Shadad come to the conclusion that Ki'aan poisoned Bashir. Abu Salma returns and says that he was released following Awad's testimony. Shadad urges Seif to report to Ki'aan and Abu Sa'adoun that Mansour saved Bashir, and that Shokriya and Sa'adoun have a baby together.
Ki'aan tells Abu Sa'adoun that he forced Abu Salma to sign a written testimony confessing to murdering Tabar. Awad tells Saqr he only found candies at Hamoud's house. To confirm Seif's report, Abu Sa'adoun asks Salma to bring Shokriya to his house.
Ki'aan offers Khalaf gold in exchange for murdering Bashir. Shadad learns that Ki'aan killed Tabar when he cut his finger. Saqr accidentally finds Abu Sa'adoun's trunk that has the gold and the mortgage document.
Ki'aan doubles the amount of gold to be given to Khalaf if he kills both Bashir and Saqr. Saqr gives Shadad the gold and tells him it's Morgan's, and that Khalaf offered Hamoud the poisoned candy and Ki'aan asked Khalaf to kill Bashir. Ki'aan and Abu Sa'adoun are shocked when the gold goes missing.
Saqr arrests Khalaf who confesses everything. Shadad returns Morgan's money. Shadad asks for Zeina to return to Kuwait. Abu Nasser wants Zeina to wed his son. Morgan rewards Saqr.
Seif tells Ki'aan that Bashir gave him away, and that Khalaf confessed to stealing Morgan's gold. Shadad tells Salma and Saqr the truth, and they take Shokriya to Abu Sa'adoun's house. Shadad searches Abu Sa'adoun's house and arrests Ki'aan.
Shadad arrests Saqr, and the latter tells him that Seif is Abu Sa'adoun's messenger to Ki'aan. Ki'aan tries to get the money to travel and leave the country. Shadad confronts Abu Sa'adoun with the mortgage document.
Ki'aan urges Abu Salma to contact Oqab and tell him that Abu Jawad will travel with him, but when Oqab learns that Abu Jawad is Ki'aan in disguise, he refuses to take him. Ki'aadn overhears Shokriya and Shadad. Abu Sa'adoun tells Shadad that Shokriya works for him.
Mansour saves Abu Sa'adoun, and it turns out that Hamoud is alive. Shadad shoots Ki'aan and frees Sara, Salma's daughter. Hamoud recounts his story to everyone, and later, he draws his last breath as he observes the sea.
