Three years after the death of her son Aser, the wedding of Chancellor Amira's daughter, Fatma, takes place. Malak Al-Badrawi records a new episode of her program. Amira accidentally hits an unknown man with her car. The man dies in the operating room and Amira asks Nabil to help her.
Yasmine tells Ali that she's pregnant and she begs him to find a solution. Amira looks for the man she hit with her car, but she can't find any record of him at the hospital. The video surveillance shows nothing and Nabil suspects that something illegal is happening in the hospital.
Amira tries to reach the security guard from the hospital and she thinks that he's evading her. Ali asks his mother for 10 million pounds to start his project, but she refuses. Fatma knows about the accident, and then her mother-in-law finds out.
The security guard tells Amira that he had nothing to do with this. Amira sends pictures of the security guard after he got killed. Ali sends someone to attack Yasmine, but she kills him in self-defense.
Yasmine gets interrogated and she doesn't implicate Ali for Amira'a sake. Amira and Nabil try to find any leads regarding the accident. She discovers that a woman saw the accident, but she is in Alexandria.
Yasmine is released and Nabil knows that Ali is the reason behind what happened to her. Fatma tries to persuade her sister-in-law to give Ali a second chance. Amira finds a picture of the man she hit with her car.
Nabil discovers that the victim is the brother of the media personality Malak Al-Badrawi, and that he died six months ago in London. The doctor recommends that Amira stay for a while in the hospital, and her children try to persuade her to no avail.
Malak locks up her brother after she learns that he was the one behind the attempt to kill her. A newspaper accuses Amira of corruption and the journalist who wrote the news told her that someone hacked his personal account. Ali asks Yasmine to have a customary marriage but she refuses.
Hosam's sister agrees to her engagement to Ali. Sherine returns to her ex-husband, but he plants cameras all over the bedroom. Amira is trying to get more information about Youssef after the death of the security guard.
Nabil and Amira discover that Youssef was not hospitalized in London at all. Amira is hospitalized because of her deteriorating mental state, and Sherine discovers what her husband is doing and confronts him.
Amira imagines that a man who claims to be her husband is telling her that her children are merely a fabrication of her imagination. Yasmine becomes threatened with imprisonment for premeditated murder if she does not reveal the motive for the crime. Fatma and Nabil head to meet Malak.
Amira imagines two hospital inmates telling her about Youssef’s death. She escapes from the hospital to meet Marian who wanted to talk to her about the accident.
Fatma starts working in the media field with Malak Al-Badrawi despite her husband's objection. The DNA test confirms that Ali is the baby's father and Amira forces Ali to marry Yasmine, then they get divorced.
Yasmine is acquitted from the murder case. Amira is arrested for the murder of the security guard, Saied, based on a confession from her mobile phone and after they find the gun and her bloody clothes at her house.
Nabil, Ali, and Fatma try to persuade Amira to accept to defend herself under the pretext of her mental illness, but she refuses completely. She's released on bail pending the case.
Malak hires Ali in her chain of companies. Amira meets Malak in her office and she confirms that Youssef is dead and buried. Amira gets a sample of the remains of the man buried in the alleged grave of Youssef and discovers that it's not him.
Hosam and Hana's mother wants her son to divorce Fatma and Hana to break off her engagement with Ali because of Amira's case. Amira is sentenced to death.
Malak decides to stop Fatma's TV program until she calms down. Fatma asks for a divorce. Nabil tries to appeal the case, but Amira is sentenced to death by hanging.
Hana breaks off her engagement after Yasmine tells her that she was married to Ali. Amira gets retried and she's sentenced to be transferred to a mental hospital.
Amira succeeds in escaping from the prison hospital with the help of Dinari. Sama has a disagreement with her sister Malak. Amira meets Sama to ask her about Youssef and the police attack the place after Malak tells them about Amira's location.
Amira succeeds in getting away from the police before they come. Malak tries to keep Ali under her control and sends one of her employees to seduce him.
Sherine sets her ex-husband up and he gets arrested for drug trafficking. Heba decides to fully cooperate with Amira, and Sama finds a surveillance camera in her house. Nabil divorces his wife after she reads his messages with Sherine.
Malak tells Ali that the victim's relative is still chasing him. A former presenter speaks in Malak's program about Youssef and says that he's alive. Hosam is trying to get Fatma back. Yasmine files an alimony case against Ali.
Amira finds out that what happened in the mental hospital was staged to make her think that she's psychologically unstable. Sama watches a video of the actual accident and takes all the files from the villa and escapes.
Sama hands the files to Amira. Ali gets the security video from the company when he hacks Malak's device and hands it over to Amira. Nabil tries to get closer to Sherine but she doesn't let him.
The hospital's manager reveals that what happened was to keep the truth about Youssef’s hospitalization hidden. Malak's brother is arrested. Nabil and Ali discover the sexual video that Yasmine's ex-husband filmed and she was blackmailed by the Badrawi family.
Amira finds out that Sherine was the one who planted the gun at her house. Malak learns that Ali hacked her computer and sends someone to shoot him and he's taken to the hospital. Amira decides to go to the hospital where she meets Hosam, who is trying to return to Fatma.
Amira helps Ali escape from the hospital. The investigation of Amira's case is reopened after she sends the prosecutor a recording proving her innocence.
Amira is retried and acquitted, while Sherine is sentenced to 7 years in prison and Farid is sentenced to death.
Malak is arrested and sentenced to prison. Ali and Amira find Youssef's place in Hurghada and he is reunited with his sister Sama. Hosam decides to stay in the Criminal Investigation Department, and Malak commits suicide in her prison cell.
