The life of the successful heart surgeon Zaid takes an unexpected turn, after his brother Yasin is killed in a gang-related assault, which prompts him to become a masked vigilante who fights crime and avenges his brother's death.

Ziad a successful surgeon, lives in a luxury apartment with his pregnant girlfriend. One night, Yassin the younger brother of Ziad begs for his money, but he refuses. A few days later Yassin is attacked and killed. Since the police were not cooperating enough, Ziad feels he has to discover for himself what he is doing and begins the task of getting rid of all gangs in Copenhagen. He then started getting engaged in the brutal world of crime.
