Dr. Mahmoud decides to treat some people from their delusions with his new specialty of parapsychology, despite the objection of his father and his ex-wife to his profession, while his neighbor Souad dreams of him; he agrees with Young Hisham to treat him.
Mahmoud is surprised when his neighbor, Souad, tells him about her dream of his maid stealing his money. As Mahmoud tries to make his father forgive him for his studies of psychology, Rashid incites Fahhad against Mahmoud so that he seizes all his money.
As Fahhad gets sick and needs a kidney transplant, Sarah's mother and Fahd refuse to donate to their grandfather. As Rashid threatens Mahmoud with not getting any money from his father, he asks Fahhad to write all his property over to him.
When a presenter insults Mahmoud and makes fun of him on his program, Mahmoud is able to prove the validity of his research and take revenge on him. As Fahhad refuses to transfer his property over to Rashid, he makes Nasser the custodian of his endowment on behalf of his grandchildren.
As Souad tells Mahmoud about a new dream she had, it comes true. The lawyer begins to implement the endowment papers that Fahhad requested in favor of Rashid and his grandchildren.
Hisham asks Mahmoud to marry his daughter Sarah. As Fahhad passes away, Rashid is shocked that he did not sign the endowment contract before his death. Rashid tries to persuade Fahd and Sarah to interdict their father, Mahmoud.
Hayat suggests to her husband that Fawzia and Mahmoud get engaged. When Souad tells her brother Talal of her dream that his marriage would fail, he does not believe her.
Hisham tells Malak's mother that he does not wish to marry her daughter and that he will marry Sarah. When Malak finds out, she loses consciousness and is taken to the hospital.
As Hisham and his family ask for Sarah's hand, Dr. Mahmoud initially agrees, but Souad tells her brother Talal that he will marry Sarah instead of Hisham.
As Mahmoud tells Sarah of Souad's dream about her getting engaged to Talal, her grandfather Rashid and her mother refuse the matter. Rashid requires Hisham to go through with the engagement.
As Mahmoud quarrels with his uncle Rashid in front of Hisham's family, they decide to postpone the engagement. Mahmoud asks for Souad's hand in marriage so that he can study her dreams.
Rashid tells his daughter of his plan with some people to take revenge on Mahmoud and prove his insanity. Souad asks Mahmoud to run medical tests for Hisham and Sarah before their marriage.
When the test results show that Sarah and Hisham are compatible to get married, they prepare for the wedding. When Malak's father discovers that Hisham left his daughter, he gets angry with him and his brother.
As Malak tries to commit suicide, Hisham postpones his wedding to Sarah, who becomes convinced of Souad's dream and decides to stay away from Hisham despite her love for him.
As Hisham marries Malak, Talal and Sarah wed as well. Mahmoud asks Souad to consummate his marriage to her.
As Souad refuses to marry Mahmoud based on a dream, she tells Fawzia that she saw Mahmoud getting killed in her dream, and she tells Mahmoud about the dream.
As Mahmoud lives in a state of misery after learning about Souad's dream, he asks her to dream a second dream in which she sees him survive his murder.
Mahmoud is surprised when someone kidnaps him and tells him that he is the brother of the guy he hit a while back with his car and died, as he decided to take revenge on him. As Jamal and Farah have a car accident, she loses her memory.
Mahmoud gets shot and is taken to the hospital. When he recovers, he asks Souad to change her sleeping schedule so that she does not dream again.
Souad sees the same dream of Mahmoud getting killed. Farah's father refuses to take her from the hospital because he thinks that she's having an affair with Jamal.
As Sarah has a shock when she discovers Souad's dream about her father, she has a miscarriage. The police demand that Mahmoud hand over the accused Haidar, whom he hides in his home, as he believes that he is a mental patient who needs his help.
Rashid tries to incite his grandchildren against their father Mahmoud after he wrote one of his properties over to Souad to end the problem of the dream. Mahmoud decides to marry Farah to save her from the care home after her family refused to take her.
As Mahmoud asks Souad to change the way she thinks so that the dream of his death does not take over her, she sees him in the same way. Mahmoud turns to the charlatan who previously accused him of fraud.
As Mahmoud decides to treat Farah in order to regain her memory, he discovers that many people have to die in order for him to live. When Mahmoud tells Souad about that, she assures him that she had a dream where he's not killed.
Mahmoud agrees with a broadcaster to host him in a program to prove his scientific research in mind control. Jamal threatens to kill Mahmoud and get rid of him.
As Mahmoud is surprised that Fawaz is the one who sabotaged his research, he kidnaps Farah to force Mahmoud to divorce her.
As Farah's father kills Jamal, the police arrest him; Hisham waives his right to qisas (retaliatory punishment). Mahmoud tries to persuade Souad to cooperate with him to prove his theory.
Souad tells Sarah that she lied to her father and that he will truly get killed. Mahmoud accuses his uncle Rashid of trying to kill him.
After he is proven insane, Mahmoud is transferred to the mental hospital but he manages to escape; Souad tells him that she saw a person of a foreign nationality kill him. Talal dies.
As Mahmoud kills the person whom Souad told him would kill him, he discovers that she was deceiving him, as she wanted to take revenge on him after he caused the death of her husband and son with his theory. And that she didn't dream of anything, but cleverly planned everything that happened.
