As Salem works as a nurse in a clinic, he ignores the patients while holding the pipe that he loves to play. Despite the crowdedness and complaints from the patients, Salem continues his journey of indifference, and when a girl who loves to sing comes to the clinic, he leaves the clinic and goes out to join her.
