Sahar attends a wedding with her son Amer who asks her to wed him to a girl from the party. The bride is Naya, a divorced woman who has a child, which makes Sahar reject her. Karam asks Nagham not to stay out late at the radio station.

Hazem's mother asks him to wed, but he refuses for his daughter's sake. Lilia asks Naya to wed. Rahaf is furious that her husband is monitoring her, but he claims that it's for her own protection. Naya refuses to pay Karam the rest of the wedding fees due to problems with the wedding hall.

Samer's father apologizes to Naya after Farouk, who wanted to wed her, badmouths her. Karam saves Naya's son Jude from an accident. Hazem remembers his late wife. Naya apologizes to Karam for her previous treatment and meets his brother Hazem.

Assem asks Fou'ad to wed Hazem to Naya, but he stipulates that her son Jude does not attend. Nagham insists to have a separate wedding when she learns that Hazem and Naya will wed on the same day as them. Karam's mother opposes Nagham's wish. Nagham refuses to quit her job.

Hazem remains hung up on his late wife. Naya's ex-husband learns that she is getting married. As Hazem and Naya get engaged, the engagement ring falls off Naya's finger and she feels a sense of doom.

Samer's mother, Lilia, tells Fou'ad and Sabah that Naya loved her son dearly and that their separation over his shameful acts hurt her tremendously. Sabah is concerned about Hazem's marriage to Naya. When Hazem is arrested on falsified drug charges, he grows wroth that Naya abandoned him.

As a date is set for Hazem and Naya's wedding, the two of them run into each other at the mall and their children get close. Naya discovers that her wedding date is the same as her last wedding date to Samer.

Sabah is surprised that Naya doesn't have any relatives at the wedding, but Lilia tells her that Naya is an orphan and that her parents died in the civil war. Naya is upset that Lilia told Sabah and Hazem that Naya is a widow. Naya thinks about leaving Hazem and going back to Samer.

Hazem leaves the hotel where the wedding is held and remembers his late wife Reem. When Naya meets Samer outside the hotel, he wishes her luck with her marriage and asks her to speak to his parents on his behalf. Hazem weds Naya, and Karam weds Nagham.

Fou'ad and Lilia are saddened that Naya left them. Sabah objects to Naya's wish to have her son Jude sleep in her room. Tension rises when Naya doesn't receive Sabah's guests who came to offer their congratulations, and things escalate over Jude's rambunctiousness.

Samah's daughter Lara wants to do ballet but her father refuses. Jude is saddened when Nour takes the gift that Hazem got him, but Hazem gets him another gift. Aseel insists on marrying Samir. Fathy's wife suspects that he is cheating on her and rebukes him.

Naya and her mother-in-law clash on how to raise Nour. Nagham asks Karam to let her go back to her job. Lilia asks Naya to visit them but the latter claims that she is busy. Hazem's father decides to distribute the management of his property between his three sons.

Samir asks Lara to run away with him. Sabah admonishes Jude for his disobedience and locks him up, which angers Naya. Hazem rebukes his mother for locking Jude up.

Esmat is surprised that Sabah allowed Nagham to return to the radio station. Nagham discusses her mother-in-law and claims to Esmat that Sabah is a kind mother-in-law. Hazem transfers Jude to a new school but Jude refuses to go. Jude vanishes from school.

As Hazem, Naya, and Karam look for Jude, Nagat finds him in the park and takes him home. Naya and Hazem reach Nagat's house, but her husband Gaber kidnaps Jude and asks for money to bring him back.

Samer's father tells his son about Jude's kidnapping but Samer is apathetic. When Hazem sells his share in the farmhouse to provide the ransom money, Sabah rebukes him for gathering money behind her back. Hazem is shot as he delivers the ransom.

Sabah refuses to let Naya visit Hazem and asks her to stay away from him. Assem and Sabah refuse to allow Naya to return to the house. When Hazem wakes up and learns that Naya left the house, Esmat and Sabah claim that she abandoned him and get him to divorce her.

Hazem meets Naya in front of Jude's school and questions her about her departure. Naya tells Hazem about what Esmat and Sabah did. Sabah and Esmat ask to see Naya to get her to sign the divorce papers. Hazem tells Naya that he doesn't want a divorce.

Assem asks Hazem to convince Naya to sign on the divorce. Fathy asks Rahaf to leave the house for a week. Naya assures Hazem that she wants to stay with him. Assem agrees to allow Naya into the house on a probationary basis.

When Samer's parents refuse to see him, he threatens to file for interdiction. Karam tries to convince Nagham to quit her job. Sabah is angry when Naya and Nour stay out late. Hazem gives Naya the lock number to his safe, which she discovers is his wedding date to his late wife.

As Naya redecorates Nour's room, Esmat tries to drive a wedge between the two. Naya notices that Hazem and Nour are torn between her and Reem. When Hazem refuses to throw a birthday party for Nour, Karam tells Naya that Reem died on Nour's birthday.

Naya gets Hazem and Sabah to agree to celebrate Nour's birthday, but Nour refuses to. Naya convinces her to have a party and puts her mother's picture on the cake. Hazem misses the party.

Nagham wants to have a baby. Esmat claims that Naya's food is poisoned to sabotage the birthday. Nour insists on playing videos of her mother, which angers Hazem.

Nagham suspects that Hazem has a psychological issue. Hazem tells Naya that his guilt prevents him from shaking off the past. Fathy asks to see Rahaf's accounts on social media. When he discovers that his wife, Sawsan, learned about their relationship from Facebook, he decides to kick Rahaf out.

Hazem falls ill after he returns from the cemetery. Karam asks Hanan to refuse to help Hazem plan a wedding. Nagham and Karam convince Hazem to enlist Naya's help with the wedding planning. Naya plans the wedding of Fathy's daughter.

Nagham's mother is concerned after Assem refuses to let Nagham return to work. Esmat tries to insult Naya. Aseel runs away from her wedding in Hazem's car. As she tries to kill herself, Hazem saves her and promises to help when he learns that she is in love with Samir.

Naya notices that Hazem and Aseel are hiding something. Hazem tells Aseel's mother, Sawsan, that Aseel wants to wed Samir. When Sawsan kicks him out, he and Naya devise a plan to help Aseel.

Samir asks Hazem to stop Aseel's marriage. Assem forbids Hazem from leaving the villa, but Hazem leaves ad enlists Mohanad's help to rescue Samir from Fathy and smuggle Aseel out of the villa.

Hazem takes Samir and Aseel to his house. Assem learns that Aseel and Samir ran away. Fathy breaks into Hazem's villa but the police arrest him. Naya tries to help Nour get over her mother's death.

When Hazem's brother, Nazem, asks Esmat to stop harassing Naya, Esmat asks him to find her a suitor. Esmat switches the contents of Jude and Nour's school bags. When Nour discovers that her homework is in Jude's bag, the teacher calls Hazem and Naya to question them about what is happening.

The teacher asks Naya to get Nour close to Jude. Assem is upset that Hazem and Karam are neglecting their work. Karam monitors Nagham. Naya accuses Esmat of putting Nour's notebook in Jude's bag. Karam is angry after he sees Nagham with a stranger, but Nagham tells him that he is a producer.

Naya asks Hazem to go to a chalet but he refuses because of his memories with Reem. Esmat incites Nagham against Sabah and Assem. When Nagham has a nightmare and tells the family that someone is going to get hurt, Sabah forbids Hazem and Naya from traveling.

It's revealed that Nagham's nightmare was only a plot so that Nagham can travel instead of Hazem and Naya. Karam tells Hazem of Nagham's plans and refuses to go to the chalet. Assem asks Naya and Hazem to go to the chalet.

Nagham insists on going back to work and sets an appointment with the producer. As she and Karam meet up with him, the producer asks her to keep her marriage a secret to present the show. Karam is upset with the way Nagham's colleague treats her.

Naya tells Sabah that Hazem is starting to come out of his isolation. A furious Hazem insults Naya in front of everyone, much to her shock. As she tries to figure out the reason for his anger, he refuses to speak to her.

Hazem breaks down and smashes the furniture as he talks about being haunted by his memories of Reem. Samah and Nazem question Hazem on the reason for his anger. Naya leaves the house. The maid reveals to Samah why Hazem is angry.

It's revealed that Hazem was angry because Naya's colleague, Kinan, drove her home that night. Kinan and Naya try to convince Hazem that they are just friends, but Sabah tells her that her marriage to Hazem is coming to an end.

Naya asks Hazem to tell her the real reason for his anger but he only shares his wish for a divorce. Sabah falls ill. Nagham insists on going out late to record her program. Kinan tells Hazem that Naya loves him. Naya discovers that she is pregnant.

Naya confesses to Lilia that Hazem's love for Reem has always been an obstacle in their relationship and that they slept together only once, which was the day before his attitude changed. Sabah goes to the hospital to run some tests.

As Hazem tries to take revenge on a client who insulted him, Naya and the children prevent him from getting himself into trouble. When Hazem goes home with them, Naya confesses her love for him and begs him to get over Reem. Karam fights with Nagham over her job and kicks her out.

Sabah goes into surgery. Nagham's father rebukes her for not visiting her mother-in-law. Lilia asks Naya to tell Hazem about her pregnancy. The doctor tells Naya that the pregnancy is high risk and that she needs to have an abortion, but Naya refuses. Hazem notices that Naya is not well.

The head of the channel tries to come onto Nagham but she rejects him. Hazem learns about Naya's pregnancy and asks her to have an abortion. Naya prepares for Hazem's birthday and considers staying in her family home for the rest of her pregnancy.

Sabah returns home. Naya leaves Hazem a video telling him that she loves him but she is going to stay with her family for a while. Nagham tells her mother that the channel head slipped her hallucinogens and tries to come onto her. Mazen threatens to cause a scandal for Nagham.

Sabah asks Hazem to bring Naya back, but Hazem is unable to find her. Naya falls down and a driver takes her to the hospital where Samer sees her. Samer claims that he is Naya's husband as Hazem starts looking for Naya in the hospitals. Nagham kills Mazen.

The hospital asks Samer to pay the bill. Hazem reports Naya's disappearance to the police. Hazem passes out and Nazem takes him to the hospital. Naya wakes up and finds Hazem, who takes her home as Samer watches from a distance.

Hazem tells Lilia that he found Naya. Samer reaches his mother's house and collapses. Naya refuses to have an abortion. It's revealed that Samer has terminal cancer.

Samah asks Nagham about her necklace, which she lost on the day she killed Mazen. Lilia and Fou'ad insist on seeking treatment for Samer. The doctor reveals that Samer's only chance is a transplant from Jude. Fou'ad asks Lilia to tell Naya the truth.

Hazem invites Naya to dinner. Naya learns that Samer came back but Lilia and Fou'ad are unable to tell Naya about his ailment.

As Fou'ad tries to figure out a way to tell Naya, she learns that Samer is the one who helped her while she was in the hospital. Nagham prepares to flee outside the country. Samah is accused of killing the producer after her necklace is found at the crime scene.

Naya tells Hazem that Nagham has been acting strange. Nagham evades Naya after the latter tells her that Samah is accused of killing Mazen. Nagham cancels her trip and confesses that she killed Mazen in self-defense.

Samar leaves the house. Fou'ad asks Naya to leave Jude with them and focus on Nagham's case. Nagham is released on bail. Naya confesses to Hazem that she is a divorcee, but Hazem falls asleep and doesn't hear her. Fou'ad takes Jude to the hospital behind Naya's back.

When Samer collapses, Jude calls Naya who takes Samer to the hospital and learns about his condition. Lilia asks Naya to tell Hazem the truth and agrees to have Jude donate his tissue to Samer.

Hazem suspects that Naya is hiding something. Samer asks to meet Hazem and insists on telling him everything. Samer and Hazem go to Assem's house but Samer only mentions that he rented a room in Fou'ad's house.

Naya tells Samer that she loves Hazem. Jude continues donating tissue to Samer. Hazem is puzzled by Naya's strange behavior. Nagham tells Karam that she saw Naya at the hospital with Samer and his family.

Hazem tells Naya that relationships are built on trust. Naya tells Lilia that she is going to tell Hazem the truth. Nazem and Karam see a video of Mazen slipping Nagham hallucinogens.

Naya and Hazem ask Mazen's wife Mirna to confirm that he was a playboy. Mirna confesses that she is the one who killed Mazen in his office. Samer confesses his love for Naya but she rejects him. Karam sees him as he is leaving.

As Samer improves, Naya tells Lilia about his harassment of her. Samer goes to Hazem's house to invite the family to Fou'ad and Lilia's anniversary celebration. Samer's aunt learns of the situation and tries to tell Hazem that Samer is Naya's ex-husband.

Fou'ad convinces his sister to keep the truth from Hazem. Naya asks Samer to stay away from her. Lilia tells Hazem the whole story about Samer. Hazem tells Naya that he is over his attachment to Reem.

Hazem watches Naya as she meets with Samer and his family at the hospital. Naya tells Lilia that Hazem found out everything. Samer's aunt goes to Hazem's villa and tells the family that Samer is Jude's father.

After Bedour reveals that Naya is not a widow, Assem kicks Naya out but Hazem stands up for her, prompting Assem to kick him out as well. Lilia rebukes Samer and reminds him that he refused to get back with Naya prior to her wedding to Hazem.

Sabah sends Hazem and Naya food. Nazem's daughter is saddened that her uncle Hazem left the house with his family. Samer goes to Assem's villa to see Jude. Esmat shares Naya's location with Samer.

When Jude is injured in PE class, Samer takes advantage and runs away with Jude. Hazem blames his father for giving the school Fou'ad's number. Samah asks Nazem to help Naya get Jude back. Naya fights with Samer and slaps him. Samer sues for Jude's custody.

Nazem asks Hazem to offer Samer money to let go of Jude. Lilia rebukes Samer for suing for custody and dragging Jude into his fight with Naya. Samer's aunt advises him to claim that Jude is not safe with Naya and Hazem.

Nazem offers Samer 25 million pounds to give up Jude, but Samer asks for 40 million. Nagham wants to undergo IVF. Naya asks Hazem for a divorce in an attempt to keep Jude, but Hazem refuses.

Maria asks Samer to continue to put pressure on Hazem to divorce Naya so that she could marry him. Naya gives up Jude's custody. Maria tells Samer to hide Jude at her place and accuse Naya of kidnapping him. Esmat suspects that Maria is behind what happened after Hazem is arrested.

Lilia suspects that Samer has Jude. Esmat confronts Maria who denies her involvement. Maria kidnaps Esmat but Nazem sees her and calls the police. Samer and Maria get arrested. Naya gives birth. Assem forgives Hazem and Naya.
