As Qussai and Rola quarrel, Rola argues that he does not care about her, while Qussai believes that her behavior is childish. Their neighbors, who have heard their quarrels, try to intervene to reconcile between them.

As Rola quarrels with Qussai over the expenses of their anniversary party until he gives her the money, she decides to limit the guest number to please him. Qussai misses the celebration as a result of getting busy with a new neighboring woman, who seeks consultation about government papers.

Qussai and Rola are quarreling again over their mothers' dinner invitations. Rola's sister, Reem, abandons her husband, Louai, in his financial hardship.

Qussai and Rola quarrel again over the dinner invitations since each of them wants to visit their mother. The quarrel escalates but they manage to reconcile. Reem thinks about helping her husband in his hardship, but she fears losing everything she has.

Juaa comes to live next door to Qussai and Rola. While all the neighbors are eager to approach her, she only seeks help from Qussai due to their prior acquaintance. On the contrary, Rola resents the fact that Qussai has been responsible for finishing Juaa papers since her arrival.

As Qussai tells Juaa about Louai, who is imprisoned due to his debts, she fulfills her promise to get him released. On the other hand, Rola has no idea about Juaa role in solving the problem.

As Juaa takes both Abu Wassim and Abu Leila to the market, Abu Wassim's wife asks for a divorce from him after Juaa answers his phone, which he left in her car.

Juaa agrees to help Rola and Qussai sell short stories written by Qussai. As a result, Qussai receives money from Juaa in exchange for selling those stories.

As Qussai and Rola quarrel because Rola always accuses him of changing, their mothers prevent her from leaving the house. As a result, a rumor spreads in the building that Rola and Qussai have divorced.

As soon as Juaa gets angry at Qussai's attempt to get close to her, she goes out of his office in exasperation, only to be spotted by Louai. Rola accuses Qussai of cheating on her after what Rima has said, but Qussai denies it and she believes him.

Ahmed's family agrees on his marriage to Farah, his girlfriend, despite their opposition at the outest, while Qussai investigates the issue of the bride’s family.

As Qussai's mother leaves her home because of Farah and Ahmed, and Rima and her mother leave the house because of Louai, they all seek refuge in Qussai and Rola's house. Moreover, they start to intervene in Rola's marital life by giving her advice.

Since that the actress, Rasha, and her boyfriend want to open an acting and directing institute, they turn to Qussai to find them a suitable house near his residence. As Rola is jealous of Rasha's presence in Qussai's life, the latter tries to secretly meet the actress so Rola doesn't find out.

Rasha decides to buy series from Qussai and Rola in exchange for a large sum of money. Consequently, Qussai and Rola decide to hold a meeting with Rasha and her boyfriend at Qussai's house to sign contracts upon the agreement of both parties.

Louai leaves Amanda, his friend who works as a model, in Qussai's house until Rima agrees to host her, while Rima decides to make use of her to photograph and market her products.

As the police arrest Amanda for theft and fraud, Louai gets involved with Rima because of her. Louai gets his money back from the recent swindling, reconciles with Rima, and returns as rich as he was.

Sally comes to visit her aunt, who is Rola's neighbor, and they get to know each other. Sally stays in Rola's house until she tries to get Qussai into a love affair with her.

As Qussai gets involved in harassing Sally as a result of his attempts to make Rola jealous, the matter spreads between the neighbors and the family. After Louai and Rima intervene to solve the complication, Qussai reconciles with Rola.

As Qussai and Rola are expecting a new baby, Qussai hopes that the baby will be a boy, whereas Rola wants a baby girl. Qussai is worn out of both Rola’s pregnancy and her requests.

Rola gives birth to twins, a boy and a girl, and she names them Sandra and Yarrow. Qussai forgets Rola's pregnancy due date and goes out with Juaa to celebrate her birthday.
