As Hima denies that Harun ordered him to kill the Al-Sha'abna family or plant drugs in Nasra's warehouse, Harun gets acquitted while Hima gets sentenced to prison. Nasra suffers a stroke. As Harun returns to his house, Hemdan leaves Horiya. Farag continues to be concerned about Zainab's rape.

Nasra wakes up and returns home on a wheelchair. Harun learns that Safinaz has wed Safwat, who promises to compensate Harun. When Farag visits Harun, the latter asks him to kill Nasra. Farag asks Zainab to wed him if he doesn't go after Nasra.

Harun is thrilled to learn of Nasra's paralysis. Farag leaves a bag with money and medicine in front of Umm Zainab's apartment, but she takes it to the police. Ahmed asks Mamdouh to stay away from Basma until she gets a divorce. Alaa suspects that Farag is the one who kidnapped Nasra and Zainab.

Hassan doesn't recognize Farag's picture. Nasra and Harun tell Alaa that Farag is dead. Farag tests Zainab by leaving her alone in the car, but she doesn't try to escape. Harun tells Ragab that he will buy the antiquities that he found at the tomb. Zeina threatens Hemdan with his torture of Hima.

Hemdan tells Safwat about Zeina's threat. Mesilhy gets released from prison. When Haniya tells Hemdan that Basma will expose him on TV, he plots to have Mamdouh in the house with Basma before he accuses them of cheating. Zeina asks Haniya for a quarter-million pounds for the video.

Hemdan accuses Basma of adultery. Mamdouh and Ahmed learn that Haniya told Hemdan of Basma's plans. Basma gets imprisoned despite her denials of the charge. Safwat collects dollars to cause a crisis. Mesilhy gets a medical pardon.

When Harun visits Basma to inquire about why Hemdan turned on her, she tells him her story with Farag. Safwat gathers the dollars that the Egyptians abroad sent their families in Egypt. Alaa confirms that Farag is still alive and that the body they have found isn't his.

Haniya informs Harun that Zeina beat her when she refused to give her money for the video of Farag's torture. Harun manipulates Zeina until he gets the video and the ownership documents of the house and the land. As he destroys the documents, he kicks Zeina and her parents out. Two inmates injure Hima's eye.

Haniya tells Ahmed that Hemdan wants revenge on him for talking about how young men are being sent to the camps of the Muslim Brotherhood to form a militia. Farag lets Zainab go back home, giving her clothes and gold, which makes her mother think that Zainab had run away with her lover.

Zainab confesses to Nasra that Farag kidnapped her but didn't rape her. As Zainab gives Nasra Farag's address, Nasra is unable to find him. Harun sends Hassaan to Alia with checks and land contracts, getting her to sign off on receiving them before he sends Mo'tamed to steal them.

Hassaan reports Alia to the police, claiming that she has refused to give him the checks and the land contracts until he gives her half a million pounds. Alia gets arrested. Haniya learns that Harun gave Horiya money to stay in the village until Hima gets released. Haniya tells Ahmed that she could prove Alia's innocence.

Haniya tells Ahmed that Harun is the one who got Hassaan to manipulate Alia. When Alaa goes to Harun's house while Hassaan is there, Harun claims that Alaa has assaulted him. Hima gets sentenced to death.

Hashem tips Alaa off about the presence of cannabis in Hassaan's car. Harun advises Hassaan to accuse Alaa of torturing and framing him due to the animosity between Hassaan and Alaa's wife, Alia. Hemdan slaps Farha for visiting Nasra with Haniya.

Zeina tells her mother that she is pregnant. As the prosecution rejects evidence that Hassaan is bankrupt, Alaa asks Ahmed to have his source record a confession from Harun that he has plotted with Hassaan. As Ahmed asks Haniya for the recording, she asks him to marry her. Nasra goes to meet Harun.

To get Hassaan to drop the charges against Alia and Alaa, Harun asks Nasra to give up her land, her house, and the Al-Sha'abna's lands, and pay 25 million pounds. Despite Alia's objections, Nasra gives Harun what he wants. Safwat tells Harun that he will make him a minister.

Alia gets released from prison, as does Basma. Nasra leaves town along with Ahmed and Rashida. Harun becomes a minister as the cabinet changes.

Salem and Amal fill Nasra in on the loss that the company has suffered. Mamdouh tells Basma that Alaa thinks that Farag is the one who kidnapped Nasra and Zainab. Harun asks Sabha to have Yehia call him. Safwat transfers Khudair to the presidential palace to keep an eye on President Mohamed Morsi.

Basma asks Zainab to tell her Farag's location when she finds out. Mesilhy tells Zeina that he will abort her baby without telling Harun. Nasra decides to sell her merchandise at a loss. Rose tells Ahmed that Harun is the reason he hasn't been able to find a job.

As Mesilhy brings two midwives to abort Zeina, the latter stabs them and runs away, seeking shelter with Harun after telling him about her pregnancy. Nasra sells her company's headquarters. Rose helps Ahmed get a job as the editor-in-chief of a TV show.

Farag tells Zainab that he opened a furniture shop. Harun transfers Yehia's son to a private hospital. Ahmed is offered a job as an announcer. Harun confirms that Zeina is pregnant with his baby. Nasra informs Ahmed that she is going to sell her apartment in Alexandria.

Zeina asks for a million pounds and 20 acres from Harun. As Harun gives her what she wants, he brings Hemdan on board after promising to put him in charge of Nasra's companies. Zainab informs Basma that she met with Farag. Nasra sells her apartment and cars.

Zeina tells Hemdan about the things that Harun gave her. Nasra moves in with Salem, but only for a day as she rents a rooftop room. Haniya thinks about running away, drugging Mahrous and robbing Hemdan's warehouse.

Thinking that Mahrous is the one who robbed him, Hemdan tortures Mahrous but Harun gets him to stop after Haniya tells Zeina about what Hemdan is doing. Nasra tells Yehia about what Harun has done to her and asks for his help. Safwat asks Hemdan to pay for the stolen merchandise.

Yehia returns to Harun's house. Zeina gives birth. Haniya marries a man from the Gulf. Hima gets sentenced to 25 years, but Harun soon secures a pardon for him. The family is distressed when Nasra takes a job by preparing vegetables for the tenants. Basma monitors Zainab as she meets Farag.

Harun makes Hima supervise the antiquities transfer to his warehouses. As Harun visits Nasra to gloat, it appears that she has been waiting for him as she plots with Salem. Sanaa asks Harun to write the land of the Al-Sha'abna family over to her son. Mamdouh tells Haniya that he is going to marry Basma.

As Farag discovers that the police are on his tail, he drives his car into the sea. Safwat gets his men to beat Ahmed. Zeina leaves the house after she learns that Hemdan wants to kill her son. It's revealed that Nasra is the one who got Yehia to return to Harun.

As Harun confronts Yehia about his visit to Nasra, Yehia admits to giving her 2 million pounds for her land. Ahmed continues his attack on the Muslim Brotherhood. As Haniya tries to bring Basma down, Mamdouh takes the fall instead after a case of poisoning occurs at the restaurant.

Nasra denies what Harun said about her promise to reconcile Yehia and Alia if Yehia gives her back the land of Al-Sha'abna. Harun writes the land over to Yehia's son. Hima gets arrested as he transfers antiquities, revealing that Safwat knows all about Harun's secret activities.

Safwat demands half of the profit from the antiquities trade. When Somaya gets arrested while cashing a check from Haniya, Harun suspects that Haniya is the one who stole his checkbook. Harun and Hemdan learn that Haniya robbed Hemdan's warehouse. Yehia gives Nasra a procuration for the land.

As Yehia gives Nasra a check, Nasra tells Harun that Yehia gave her the money and the land. Harun hits Yehia as Sanaa asks for a divorce. Alaa tries to protect Nasra from Harun. Farag kidnaps Zainab before her wedding.

As Basma tries to kill Farag, Zainab talks him into dropping his gun. It's revealed that Zainab's groom is actually a police officer and the whole thing was a plan to arrest Farag. Hima kills Hemdan before getting shot. Harun gets transferred to the hospital.

Farag confesses his crimes. Mesilhy tells Harun that Yehia is the one who got Hima to kill Hemdan, but Nasra tells Harun that Zeina is actually the one behind it. Harun kills Mesilhy and Zeina before shooting Nasra and killing himself. Nasra survives. Safwat and Safinaz get arrested.
