A poor Sabry roams the streets begging, while Samir leads a luxurious life in a hotel with his girlfriend. Samir decides to return to Tunisia, and an unpleasant encounter at the airport leaves him mad. Sabry reconnects with a friend from prison. As Sabry immigrates to Italy, he falls into the sea.
At the bank, Samir asks Zahra to help him open an account to deposit one billion dinars. Sabry meets Samir at the spa; he abducts him and takes him home, where Zahra arrives.
As Samir returns the money to Sabry, Sabry reconnects with Zahra, and his love for her is reignited. The girl who met Samir at the airport tries to swindle him out with her boyfriend.
The girl meets Samir at the cafe and asks him to take her to Sabry's house. At Sabry's house, she finds the bag where the drugs are hidden. The owner of the bag kidnaps Sabry's mother, but Sabry and his friends save her.
The girl's attempt to take the bag away is thwarted when Samir enters the room. She tries to get help from Zahra. Sabry's mother is infuriated when Zahra's female friends visit. Sabry, Samir, and their dwarf friend try to figure out why they're being chased by a mysterious man.
Sabry's mother reprimands him when a girl visits him at home. Zahra throws a fancy party at Sabry's house, and she invites the owner of the bag supposedly to help him retrieve it, but she betrays him and tries to steal the bag herself.
The bag owner disguises himself as a repair worker to get into Sabry's house, but Sabry's mother thwarts his plans as she keeps watching him. Sabry tells Zahra he won't invite her friends over. Meanwhile, Samir teaches his girlfriend's brother how to burgle homes.
Mistaking the drugs for flour, Sabry's mother uses it to make bread, and she and her friends get drugged when they eat it. Zahra plots with a man to steal the bag with the money, but when he fails, she tries to get closer to Samir to learn where the bag is. Sabry is sad to see them together.
Sabry vows revenge on Zahra and Samir. Sabry confronts Zahra with her betrayal when he finds her at the restaurant with Samir. As he grows violent and slaps her, she falls down, and he believes she's dead.
Zahra's ghost haunts Sabry as he sits with Sandra. Zahra's ghost grows enamored with Al-Prince's. Sabry hides the money at Mongeya's house and locks the bag, but the chicken swallows the key.
Samir plots with Sandra and her friend to search Sabry's house for the money. Zahra and Al-Prince's ghosts visit Sabry and demand their money. The man retrieves his bag, much to Sabry's grief.
Samir teaches Dragon how to dance. The man eventually opens the bag and finds the drugs and the money. Sabry, Samir, and Dragon search the man's house for the bag.
As Sabry has an accident, Samir helps get him out of the hospital. Al-Prince claims his money. Sandra tells Sabry she loves him, but she has other plans for him. The man asks him about where the drugs are. Samir finds the money.
Zahra gets mad at Al-Prince and urges him to retrieve the money. At Sabry's house, Samir is shocked when he sees Sabry's mother dressing up to woo Dragon.
Sabry has a vision of Zahra telling him she loves him. Sandra resumes her scheme to find the bag with drugs; she tries to get Samir to help her. A vengeful Al-Prince wants to murder Sabry because Zahra still loves him.
