When Saleh El Othmany dies, Mazen decides to go to Tunisia to get revenge, only to learn that Rashida is the one in charge of everything. Mazen visits his father's grave and voices his resentment over his father's abandonment of him, before plotting with his sister to spy on Rashida.

Mazen hires bodyguards and goes to a restaurant where he finds his older brother, Saber. Mazen tells his girlfriend that Rashida poisoned Mohamed when he was a child at the orphanage. Elias gets poisoned by the same poisonous herb that Rashida once used.

Saber's mother asks him to find treatment for his wife's childbearing problems. Mazen meets Rashida's brother, whom he has seen raping a girl. Saber invites Mazen to dinner at his house and offers him a job at his company.

Mazen sends Saber a message, informing him that he had a brother called Ahmed who died in Lebanon 20 years previously. Seham meets Mazen as a rep for a cosmetics company. Rashida tries to figure out who is sending letters about the past.

When Rashida goes to visit the orphanage's supervisor in the hospital, she finds her dead. Saber suspects that Rashida's brother has money but is hiding it from them. Rashida threatens Seham and tells her to stay away from her son Mohamed, who befriends Mazen and Mira.

Mohamed quarrels with his mother over Seham and demands that she rehires the latter. Mohamed takes Saber and his family to ask for Seham's hand. Rashida meets Rashed to ask him for money, but he apologetically rebuffs her.

Dalal visits Wadei. Hend tries to go to her parents' house after she quarrels with Saber's sister, but Rashida prevents her from going. Mazen has a business meeting with Rashida and her sons. Dr. Rashad gets questioned and imprisoned.

As Dalal meets Wadei's sister, she recounts what happened to Amr's sister, causing her to break down as she watches the video of the suicide of Amr's sister.

When Rashida passes out, she is rushed to the hospital. Mazen and Mira ask Saber to complete their business deal. When Dalal breaks down, her mother tries to find out what's wrong with her as her father quarrels with Saber at the hospital.

The doctor asks Rashida to watch her blood pressure as she is released from the hospital. Tarek decides to acknowledge Eiad, his son with Maha. Seham asks Mira to get her a job so that she and Mohamed could leave Rashida. Saber reconciles with his uncle. Hind goes back home.

Rashida informs Seham's mother that her daughter is married to Mohamed in secret. Dalal meets Wadei and reconciles with Amr. Selene runs away from the airport and hides in Amr's house. Mazen and Mira attend Mohamed and Seham's wedding.

As Saber passes away after getting shot, it's revealed that Rashida's brother is the one who hired the killer to kill Seham, but he killed Saber instead. Mongy orders a video of Selene to be uploaded online. Mazen sends a picture of his parents together to Mohamed, but Rashida snatches the picture away.

As Dalal goes back home, she refuses to talk to her father, who asks her about how she knows Aya, leading to an explosive confrontation. Amr and Wadei get kidnapped as a way to get to Aya.

As Dalal leaves the house, her mother grows sad that her husband is cheating on her. Mohamed meets Mazen and shows him the picture of his parents. The police locate Amr, Wadei, and Aya, and investigate the kidnapping. Rashida learns that her brother is using girls to smuggle diamonds.

When she learns the truth, Rashida confronts Mazen and tells him that she did not kill his mother, but only covered for her own brother. She also reveals that she knows that he is actually Ahmed and that Tawfiq fed him hurtful lies out of hatred of his father. Ahmed reconciles with Rashida.
