Hind complains to her husband, Karim, about how his children treat her. She is surprised when she finds a girl who looks like her and works in a famous confectionery, whereupon she asks Wadee, her lover, to find the girl with her.

When Hind goes to the girl's house and knocks on the door, her mother opens it but falls unconscious after seeing her. Odette tells Karim that his wife Hind is not worthy of his children's love and does not deserve to be his wife.

Hayat falls into a coma after seeing Hind, who asks Haya about her mother and about her parents’ names. Hind tells the doctor that she wants to do a DNA test.

Haya decides to take another job in order to pay for her mother's hospital expenses. Hind asks the doctor to speed up doing a DNA test for Hayat to know who she really is.

Master Radwan informs Haya that the rent of her shop has increased. Hind calls her lover Wadee and asks him to assign a man to watch Haya.

Hind tells Wadee that she is no longer in contact with him because she discovered that her husband Karim is watching her and making the maids keep their eyes on her. Haya tries to borrow her mother's hospital expenses from her friend.

Karim quarrels with Hind and tells her that she does not care about her home or his children, asking her to stop going out constantly and only taking care of herself.

Karim grows suspicious of his wife, prompting Hind to leave the house.

Hind goes to Karim's house, after which she tells Haya that she wants something from her and that if she does it, she will receive a big reward, but Haya gets angry with her manner.

Hind tells Haya the story of her life and her marriage to Karim and asks her to assume her role for a certain period of time in exchange for a large sum of money. Haya refuses Hind's request and accuses her of being crazy.

As the hospital requests from Haya a large sum of money, Hind takes advantage of the situation and offers her to think about what she offered her, which is to take her place and deal with her husband Karim as they both look a lot like each other.

Hind takes advantage of the financial hardship of her lookalike, Haya, and agrees with the owner of the shop to ask her to pay for 6 months' rent in order to renew the contract for her so that she will have to resort to her in the end and do what she asked for.

Haya is forced to accept Hind's offer after accumulating hospital debts; moreover, she is surprised by a farewell letter from her close friend Majid, in which he tells her that he loves her so much but can no longer bear it and that he decided to commit suicide.

Hind asks Haya to sign a trust receipt after she paid a large amount of money to the hospital so that they do not transfer her mother to a government hospital. Hind sits with Haya and gives her more information about her husband and his children.

Hind takes Haya to a beauty center so that she looks typically like her and starts implementing her plan. Wadee thinks that Haya is his lover Hind and gets fooled, and Hind tells her that she ensured the success of her plan after he believed that she is Hind.

As Haya goes to Karim's house and meets him for the first time, she remembers that she met him before when she was working as a paramedic for patients in the hospital. Haya saves Sarah's foot from burning, and the doctor praises what she did.

Karim feels that something has changed in his wife after she starts taking care of his children, which makes him very happy. Hind tells Wadee that her plan will work.

Hind quarrels with her lover Wadee and warns him not to treat her inappropriately. Karim gets angry with his wife and leaves the house. Haya calls her lookalike Hind and tells her she is leaving the house after Karim shouted at her.

As Haya decides to help Karim with his business, she goes with him to the winery and asks him why the production is halted. Moreover, Haya asks Karim not to sell his land and wait a bit.

Ziad gets close to Hind. Wadee learns about the relationship between his girlfriend Hind and his friend Ziad and quarrels with her. Haya strengthens her relationship with Karim and his daughter, Sarah.

Haya learns from her friend that her mother moved a bit during her coma, so she decides to go to the hospital to check on her. Haya tells Karim not to worry about her as her friend is very sick and she must visit her.

Hind meets Haya and asks her how everything is going with Karim; moreover, she asks Haya to convince Karim to sell the land and make him fall in love with her so that he does not refuse anything she asks for.

When Haya learns that Karim is in deep financial trouble, she sits with him and insists that he reopen the winery.

Wadee quarrels with Hind after he sees her with a young man in the nightclub, and the guy hits him with a bottle of wine on the head. Karim gathers the workers and people of the village and tells them that he will reopen the winery.

The doctor tells Wadee that he lost his right eye after being injured in the quarrel. Maryam stands by Wadee in his ordeal, whereas Hind leaves him. Karim approaches Haya, who decides to open a restaurant in the village.

As Hind visits Wadee at his house after he is discharged from the hospital, she quarrels with him after she finds Maryam with him. Haya opens her new restaurant in the village.

Ziad tries to take advantage of Hind and Wadee's quarrel and approaches her. Khalil quarrels with Karim over a plot of land, and Karim warns him not to approach his property again.

By chance, Ziad meets Haya and notices the great similarity between her and Hind, whereupon he asks to take a picture with her. Hind watches Wadee and decides to talk to him when he is alone.

Hind tells Wadee that she still loves him despite the loss of his eye, but he considers it as an insult to him and asks her to leave. Khalil is bitten by a snake, and Haya follows him and saves his life.

As Hayat wakes up from the coma, Haya learns, rejoices, and goes to visit her mother, but is surprised that Hind is in the hospital, and she stops her before entering her mother's room.

Haya sits near her mother, tells her what happened, and asks her to accept her new situation, which she was forced to get into. Hind hatches a plot to drive a wedge between Wadee and Maryam.

After Karim gets to know Hayat, he tells Haya that he feels that there is something she does not want to tell him about and that she is keeping a big secret.

Hind enters Hayat's room and is surprised that Karim is inside, whereupon she feels very nervous. Haya's friend saves the situation, stops her before she enters the room, and tells her that Hind is inside the room with Karim. Hind exchanges her clothes with Haya and everything is back as it was.

As Hind tells Haya that she has changed the plan and will go back to her husband Karim, she gives her a short period of time to settle her affairs, take her mother, and return to Beirut.

Haya evades Hind every time she asks her to cancel the plan in order to get back to her husband Karim, upon which Hind warns Haya and threatens her. Haya considers telling Karim the truth but reneges at the last moment.

As Hind decides to reveal her plan, she goes to confront Haya in front of Karim and the people of the village. Karim learns the truth, loses his head, and slaps Hind, after which he refuses to listen to Haya after she confesses her love to him.

Haya decides to call Karim after some thought, but she then dismisses the idea and sends him a message, in which she asks him to forgive her, tells him that what happened was against her will, and confesses her love to him.

Haya decides to return to her old job as a paramedic in the hospital and ambulances. Moreover, she gets mad when she is informed that a decision has been issued for her house to be demolished.

Hayat tells her daughter Hind how she lost her when she was young. Hind gets angry, refuses to forgive her mother, and tells her that she hasn't looked for her all these years.

A young man asks Haya to marry her, but she tells him that she is in love with another man. As Karim decides to tell Haya that he loves her as much as she loves him, he takes his car and goes to her in Beirut.

Karim discovers that Haya is the paramedic who previously saved him, after which he offers his condolences for her mother's death and informs her that he did not know about it. Haya asks Karim to forgive her, and he gets back together with her. Haya has a child with Karim.
