Bou Shoaib broadcasts an electronic channel. When an expert asks him to hire a team to support the success of his channel, he settles matters of salary, work hours and the type of work with them as his wife Zahra grows jealous of the female employees.
The general manager meets the employees to ask them to gather more news. Bou Shoaib's wife interferes in his work and takes advantage of the fact that the employees are working from her home to try and strongarm them into listening to her.
As the employees grow worried about Zahra's continued interference, Bou Shoaib tells them that he is the one in charge, not his wife. As the channel is launched, Zahra claims that half the project is hers.
.As the employees come together to discuss their personal lives, Bou Shoaib asks his best employee Mona to find sponsors for the channel. Kalemat presents a show called Impossible as Bou Alal presents A Wedding In Our Neighborhood.
When Bou Shoaib asks his employees to address the subject of laughter in Morocco, they begin to research how laughter evolved across generations and how people became more ridiculous. Bou Shoaib approves the ideas that they came up with.
Bou Shoaib asks his staff to find a scandal to cover in order to generate buzz. As they start looking for a public figure with possible scandalous ties, Bou Shoaib wins some money and Zahra asks him for a share of it. Kalemat does a show on how the Morrocan women are suffering from men's control.
Bou Shoaib is angry when he finds one of his staff messing with important papers. He renews his request that Mona finds him a sponsor. The staff shoots a video clip while they continue searching for a scandal to cover.
After Bou Shoaib is injured in a fall, he poses as a bus driver so that the team can interview him about the danger of accidents. The channel attracts a high viewership, much to Bou Shoaib's delight.
Bou Shoaib hires a receptionist who treats the staff to breakfast. Zahra asks the new receptionist to help her with the chores and to watch Bou Shoaib. As Bou Shoaib prepares a new show, Mona tries to help him.
When Zahra asks Bou Shoaib for golden jewelry since he has money now, he tells her that he is not that rich. He evades the staff when they ask for their salaries and promises to pay them in two days.
The staff throws a birthday party and Bou Shoaib brings Zahra candy. Bou Shoaib meets with his staff. The channel is launched on the internet. Zahra takes money and runs away.
The staff spies on Bou Shoaib and informs Zahra that he is seeing a foreign woman. Zahra confronts Bou Shoaib in front of his staff and takes his place in the company.
When the viewership numbers go down, Bou Shoaib gathers the staff to discuss the issue. Mona suggests covering scandalous news to get people's attention. Zahra tries to get a makeover and join Bou Shoaib at work. Her show is met with great success.
The staff discusses the idea of a new show about Moroccan music. The expert informs Bou Shoaib that his plans aren't suited for the current atmosphere that relies on the internet.
Bou Shouaib is shocked when the staff does a show about Zahra and the video is put on Youtube. Zahra grows fearful and decides to ask Bou Shouaib for forgiveness.
Mona and Bou Shoaib agree to do a show about economic marketing in Morocco. Zahra uses the receptionist to spy on Bou Shoaib. She asks him to stop writing about scandals taken from the cameras installed in public places
Mona informs Bou Shoaib that she found a sponsor. When he tells Zahra, she tells him that he must be generous with her when he gets rich. But Bou Shoaib doesn't like the new sponsor.
Zahra becomes the general manager and orders the staff to address women's issues. One of them shoots a romantic program about men's relationship with women that is expected to get high ratings.
Bou Shoaib informs the staff that the channel has reached over 1 million views. Zahra starts acting superior with the staff and even with the guard who is her relative.
The staff tries to come up with a schedule for their vacation but disagree on the days. Mona asks Bou Shoaib for time off which he grants her, but he refuses to do the same for the guard or the rest of the staff. The expert grows mad that Bou Shoaib isn't using Morrocan culture in his channel.
Bou Shoaib comes up with the idea of hiring a doctor to present a medical show. He grows angry when he receives costly monthly bills.
Bou Shoaib decides to broadcast a Bollywood movie after Zahra tells him that they are extremely popular. When he asks the staff to decide on the most popular Bollywood movie, Mona objects to the decision. But the staff ends up pirating the movie which earns them a fine and causes the channel to close.
When Bou Shoaib and Zahra shoot a talk show, an angry Zahra badmouths him and they fight. Bou Shoaib goes to stay in the company and lies to Mona when she finds him there. Zahra and Bou Shoaib reconcile and the video isn't uploaded to the channel.
The guard tells his aunt Zahra that he wants to quit but she doesn't let him. Bou Shoaib tells the staff not to ask for a pay upgrade or assistants. The staff shoots a program about sorcery and fortune-tellers.
When a member of the staff decides to do a live interview, he asks Mona and Kalemat to fund his project. Mona brings another sponsor to Bou Shoaib, and suggests that they follow European football matches.
Zahra asks Bou Shoaib for a gift on their anniversary. He refuses but then asks Mona for ideas of gifts to give to his wife. The staff clashes over who goes to Italy to cover a football match.
As Zahra grows jealous of Mona, she asks Bou Shoaib not to go to Italy with her and to wed her to her nephew. She tells a surprised Mona about her proposal and invites her and Al-Ozry to dinner so that they could grow closer.
Zahra asks one of the employees to teach her how to use the internet. When she watches several videos, Bou Shoaib mistakenly believes that it was the staff who watched them and decides to reward them. But Youtube fines the channel.
Some employees decide to quit unless Bou Shoaib agrees to let them work with no time restrictions and increases their salary. Bou Shoaib agrees but Zahra grows angry over their greed.
When Bou Shoaib falls sick, Zahra takes his place at the company. The staff quits and takes their belongings, but when they ask Bou Shoaib for their salary, he tells them that he will pay them when he sells the channel.
