When the parents of the troublemaking boy Dennis go out of town, they leave him with their next-door neighbors Mr. and Mrs. Wilson, who grow weary of his endless mishaps.
As Mr. Wilson suffers due to the antics of the mischievous boy Dennis, he becomes the victim of swindlers and Dennis sets out to save his neighbor from their schemes.
