A normal day in the lives of the Powerpuff Girls dawns, as Bubbles tries to make the decision whether she should take Blossom or Buttercup to a concert she is to attend. The normality of the day, however, changes, as they head to Monster Island to save the Mayor.

As Buttercup starts hanging out with the Derbytantes, Princess Morbucks voices her wish to join the Powerpuff Girls, but her wickedness is soon revealed as she traps them inside a diamond heart.

When a candy hangover hits both Blossom and Buttercup, they soon recover and try to retrace what happened the night before in order to find Bubbles.

When a mystical rainbow clouds Townsville and makes the people weirdly happy, the Powerpuff Girls investigate where does it come from, and they reach the Villain Allegro.

When Bubbles keeps nagging the Professor about turning Donny the Pony into a unicorn using his transmogrifying ray, a mistake occurs and turns Donny into a monster that threatens Townsville instead.

When Buttercup realizes that her being short-tempered resulted in the escape of the villain Manboy, she starts adopting a new-age attitude to help her calm down and strike a balance between cheer aggression and peacefulness.

When the Mayor's assistant goes on a vacation, the Powerpuff Girls get overworked trying to help him, until he hires a new secretary, Bianca Bikini, who is a former prisoner. Now the roles are reversed when Bianca and Barbarous kidnap the girls, and it's up to the Mayor to save them.

When Buttercup hides Bubbles's doll Octi behind the bushes in an attempt to teach her how to let go, things backfire when the villain PackRat snatches the doll.

When Bubbles utilizes the robotic cast she is wearing around her broken arm to fight PackRat, the cast proves to be useful beyond she has anticipated, and she starts relying on it frequently afterward.

A fight between Buttercup and Bubbles prompts them to level up and manifest their ability to create energy constructs that take the shape of almost any object of their choice. Blossom is left to wonder when she will level up and have her own energy constructs.

When a beauty pageant is held at Townsville, Mojo Jojo, The Gangreen Gang, Princess, and Bubbles all participate to win the tiara. However, as the girls learn that the tiara is cursed, Bubbles tries to use her supernatural abilities to shatter the tiara before its evil unleashes and wreaks havoc.

In the elementary school, the girls get bullied and called babies for their striking shortness. When they enlist the Professor's help to make them an aging potion, they overconsume it until they become old grannies, rendering them susceptible to Mojo Jojo's wicked plans.

When the professor develops a relationship, the Girls disapprove of his girlfriend. As they eventually break up and Buttercup shows the Professor's girlfriend the song he wrote for her, the surging emotions of love transform her into a giant spider that brings destruction to Townsville.

During spring cleaning, Blossom accidentally unleashes evil spirits, clueless as to how to banish them and put them back to sleep. A fairy-like creature then emerges and tells Blossom she has to do things her sisters' way if she wants to rid of the wicked spirits.

When a famous scientist arrives in the school for the science fair, Blossom tries to impress him. A moment of truth descends as Blossom reveals to the scientist her latest invention, and he reveals his true intentions as he uses the invention to turn everyone into half-animals.

When the girls befriend a new classmate, it turns out she has only befriended them to make use of their superpowers. Using the BFF necklaces she gave them, she takes control over them and gets them to help her follow her schemes to steal a priceless artifact.

Out of a storybook universe, Princess Bluebell crosses over from her fairytale world to the modern-day Townsville. She uses song and dance to voice her sufferings of a lady in distress, and the girls try to help her gain her independence.

When Man-Boy returns and steals all of Townsville's water, the girls have to face off against him and probe into the Wastelands of the city to bring the water back.

With a trendy app now in Townsville, the Powerpuff Girls discover a glitch in the system where two cybernetic villains hack into it, and now Bubbles must figure a way to upload her sisters into the Internet to fight the villains out.

As Bubbles's appearance is ruined, causing her to look bad in the school photo, she gets in a bad mood, entangled into a wicked tailspin of evil as she joins Mojo Jojo and now goes by the name 'Dark Bubbles'.

When Blossom and Bubbles go down with piglet fever, the Professor prescribes them an antidote and a song and asks Buttercup to look after them for the day. However, Buttercup's unintentional negligence causes severe consequences for her sisters, and she has to revert them back to normal.

A student exchange program has Donny staying with the girls for a week and attending school with them. At school, however, he gets close to Chelsea, much to Bubbles's jealousy. Seeing how devastated she is, Blossom and Buttercup find out that Donny is actually in danger as Chelsea is a robot.

As the Student Body President race begins, both Morbucks and Blossom compete, and Blossom has to sink to Morbucks's level to secure the elections will end in her favor.

As Bubbles develops a soft spot for a baby monster she finds in the park, she decides to adopt it, despite her sisters' warning and regardless of any possible consequences.

When a new fashion line is launched, the townspeople and the fashionistas become obsessed with it, unaware that it has a brainwashing effect that affects Blossom and brings her under its control. The Professor is prompted to bring the craze to an end before it's too late.

Prompted to try a quick-fix on their veggie garden, things backfire on the girls as their action revives a giant, clumsy, tomato worm for whom they must care.

Crestfallen that she and the Professor don't have much in common, Bubbles decides to take him on a father-daughter road trip across the city so they would bond, but an increasing fear that her father might abandon her sweeps Bubbles over.

When the Professor invents a new pillow, it soon comes to life and wreaks havoc in the house, threatening the safety of the Professor and the Girls.

When her attempts to join her favorite school club are futile, Blossom starts daydreaming about how her life would turn out to be if she joined other clubs.

When the girls are subjected to harsh criticism in a series of online articles that condemn the Powerpuff Girls, they trace them back to Silico and think of a way to take revenge.

When the girls come across a Paper Fortune Teller that can predict their future if they confide in it, they nonchalantly tell it everything, unaware it's one of Him's plots to gather and exploit the Professor's secrets.

On a rainy day, the Girls stay inside feeling bored to death, so they enter the Professor's lab for some fun, and they end up playing with the time machine, creating different past versions of Blossom, and trouble ensues.

As it turns out, even monsters enjoy a scary story on Halloween, for a fearful monster captures the girls and tells them it will only cost them a story to break free.

Dying to get a new guitar, Buttercup makes a deal, unaware that the dealer is Him in disguise, and now she has to save her sisters from his clutches.

When his latest experiment goes awry and causes destruction, the girls become overprotective of their father.

As Morbucks goes bankrupt, she resorts to the Girls for help and becomes their roommate.

When a snow day comes to Townsville, it prevents Blossom from going on a date with the boy she met. She decides to use her ice breath to keep it going for a bit longer, even if this translates to bringing eternal winter upon Townsville.

Despite the Professor's warnings, the Girls ride on the newly invented swingset, landing them in trouble as it takes them to an alternate reality where they meet the evil Allegro.

When Blossom fails to keep her promise to help Bubbles with her biome project, things backfire as the biome turns into a frightening monster.
