Barhoum takes Heddo's car, and Hamada intervenes and brings it to him. Hamada asks for Saadia's hand in marriage, and her mother agrees and asks him to live in her house, while Barhoum gets angry when he hears the news.

Barhoum wants to take over Umm Saadia's (Saadia's mother's) house. Mahmoud confesses his love to Farida and asks her to let him get close to her. Saadia enters the hospital after learning that Barhoum has obtained the house's license.

Saadia's mother tells Hamada that Abu Mahidi is sentenced to prison because of Barhoum. Mahmoud tells his two friends of his love for Farida.

Heddo returns to the neighborhood and confesses to Hamada that Jubouri wanted to kill him on his wedding night, so he hands him over to the police, but Barhoum succeeds in bailing him out.

After Jubouri is found lying covered in blood, Hamada is arrested because the police suspect that a quarrel occurred between them. Abu Raafat is released from prison.

The officer interrogates Hamada about Jubouri's accident, while Mahmoud and Yahya try to hire a lawyer for him and accuse Barhoum of being behind the accident since he was the one who reported it to the police.

Heddo informs the officer that he saw Shaaban, not Hamada, stabbing Jubouri, but Shaaban proves that he was in another place during the incident.

Barhoum tries to expel Umm Saadia from the house by telling the municipality that it is about to fall, upon which Umm Saadia's health condition deteriorates.

The officer arrests Barhoum, but he is released on bail. Jubouri speaks while he is in the hospital, so Barhoum grows afraid that he might say the truth and goes to the hospital to threaten him.

Abu Mahidi is released from prison and demands his money from Barhoum. Jubouri confesses that Shaaban was the one who stabbed him, and Hamada is released from prison.
