A group of unknown people robs an ancient pharaonic tomb. They plan to give 12 human sacrifices to Manisu, each person represents a zodiac sign. A group of friends goes back to college for a reunion, and the topic of their interview with Adnan surfaces again.

Adnan runs away after his troubles with the police as the group decides to continue its rituals. A group of friends attends the blood moon ceremony at the university. Sami and Sherif fight after Sami publishes details about their Adnan investigation. Youmna suffers from constant nightmares.

As Adnan dies after being rammed by sheep, he becomes the first sacrifice. The prosecution calls the group of friends for the investigation. They try to get out of trouble after Sami’s Facebook post. Youmna gets possessed by an evil spirit and her colleagues kick her out of work.

Youmna and Mariam have their first spiritual contact after they meet because they go to the same atelier. Youmna fixes Mariam’s pants and hosts her at her home and tells her story. Youmna sees herself in a pharaonic temple for the first time during a seizure.

Ezzat follows all the leads connected to Youmna and the snake she drew and sew on clothes. Sherif and Laila grow close which makes Sami jealous. Ezzat, Mariam and Youmna go to Adnan’s house looking for clues.

Ezzat goes to the Ministry of Antiquities to get a translation for the papyrus scroll from one of the professors there. Manisu’s group follows him as he goes to visit the sunken temple. On his way back, after confessing his love to Mariam, he dies after being rammed by a bull.

Everyone mourns Ezzat, and try to figure out what is happening to them. We find out that Inji is the leader of the cult that taught Mariam about Tarot cards. The university holds a memorial for Ezzat. Manisu’s cult prepares for their next sacrifice.

Youmna and Ezzat’s friends visit Prof. Murad, whom he visited right before he died. Murad tells them about Manisu’s cult. Sami decides to visit his mother after a long absence. Akram becomes the next sacrifice.

All the friends gather at Inji’s studio. Inji tells them that Youmna is possessed by Makneya’s spirit, and they must hold an exorcism at her villa. Sami’s father kicks him out, and he complies without a fight.

Sherif finds Akram’s documents that reveal a lot about Manisu’s cult meetings, which he found out about through Radwa, Inji’s friend. Roshdy tries to kill Mariam but she flees with Youmna, only to find out that Inji is behind what is happening.

Inji and her men do some damage control since they could not kill Mariam. The friends try to find Makneya’s medallion to stop Manisu. Salma has a feeling that her death is imminent and gets hysterical. It turns out that she was right as she becomes the forth sacrifice.

The friends are left floundering after Salma’s death. They seek Iman's counsel and she advises them to lie low in her village until they find out the truth. Inji obtains an enchanted beetle medallion that can lead to her to Youmna to kill her.

A flashback shows Makina as Manisu’s protégé. The friends try to rescue Mariam from Inji who took her when she failed to kidnap Youmna.

Sherif goes after Youmna before she sacrifices herself. Mariam tries to escape from Inji, but she catches her. A flashback reveals that Makina rejected Manisu's evil ways.

Sami, Laila, and Prof. Murad sneak into the holy memorial of Sheikha Barqoqa to steal the medallion that stops Manisu’s powers which is buried in her tomb. Inji holds everyone captive until she gives Makina/Youmna to Manisu, but Youmna manages to stop the curse.
