A group of individuals of different backgrounds is abandoned throughout different Indonesian islands, as they struggle to survive in a game of life and death, all while parallels to the lives they left behind are made.

The 12 individuals go through trying emotional journeys, as Tim and Krichelle meet, Eric goes on a solo pah, Angel meets Richard, and Robbie's childhood insecurities resurface. Flashbacks to their past lives reveal new aspects of the Castaways' personalities.

Eric is hesitant whether to ask Tim and Krichelle for help. Meanwhile, the experience of three other Castaways varies significantly as Terry enjoys his aloneness, Reshanna longs for human connection, and Matt ventures into a dangerous part of the island.

Matt grows concerned when he starts to lose his resources. Tim and Krichelle form a strong bond. Sawyer and Richard have troubling questions. Meanwhile, one of the Castaways fails to go on.

Matt cross paths with Sawyer and Richard as he swims to a new part of the island. Tim discovers another camp and must make a tough decision, all while guilt settles in following his disagreement with Eric.

Robbie and Kenzie wonder if Eric needs company or wants to stay alone. Krichelle's injury gets the best of her. The group starts to question their true motivations and whether they need to leave the island.

The Castaways think if the other survivors are experiencing similar struggles. Matt embarks on a journey to see if there's anyone with him. When Kenzie falls ill, she starts to think whether her life is worth the effort.

Terry thrives as he uses the resources left behind by other Castaways. Matt tries to figure out where he truly belongs as he must choose between the camps. One group is forced to split when they run out of food and resources.

Two Castaways search the island for resources when starvation hits them. Meanwhile, two other members are unsure whether they have what it takes to continue, especially hope.

Two members find an abandoned camp full of resources. One Castaway quits, and the other members reflect on the possibility of being rescued and how their lives are going to change if so happens.
